📘 InspiredGrabs.com Shopping Guide
Sitewide Tips & How-Tos
* New content addedAugust 23, 2026
** UpdatedAugust 23, 2026
Welcome to InspiredGrabs™! If you're new here, this Shopping Guide is your shortcut to getting the most out of your visit. It highlights time-saving tips and explains features that may not be immediately apparent.
Below you'll notice short notes in parentheses after the section titles—for example, Quick View (Collections) means the Quick View feature on collection pages, and Previous/Next Arrows (Product Pages) refers to a feature on product pages. These notes clearly indicate where each tip applies, so with one click on the buttons below, you can jump directly to the specific guidance you need.
For easy reference, keep this guide open in a separate browser tab while you browse. We revise or add guidance as the store evolves—check the two dated update boxes in the banner above.
Table of Contents
1. 🌟 A Quick Note for New Shoppers (Sitewide)
Welcome to InspiredGrabs™! If you're visiting for the first time—or still getting familiar with how our store works—you may notice that we offer a lot of helpful information across our pages. From savings and rewards to shipping details to store credit benefits, everything is designed to make your shopping experience transparent and worry-free.
Because of this, it's normal to feel a little overwhelmed at first. Most new shoppers do. But here's the good news:
😊 The more you browse, the easier everything becomes.
As you explore the store, you'll become familiar with how eligible discounts, Digital Loyalty Cash, Tariff Shield Cashback, milestone reward gifts, shipping benefits, and other store features work.
You do not need to re-read every page each time you shop. Most informational and policy pages now use one Last updated date. When that date changes, it tells you the page has been revised since its previous version.
This Shopping Guide retains two update boxes because it contains many numbered topics:
New content added identifies when a new topic was most recently introduced. Newly added topics may be marked with a single asterisk (*) in the Table of Contents and section heading.
Updated identifies when existing Shopping Guide guidance was most recently revised. Recently revised topics may be marked with double asterisks (**).
Use the Last updated date on individual pages—and the two dated boxes and temporary asterisks on this guide—to identify newer developments without rereading information that has not changed.
⏱️ Spend less time reading. Enjoy more time saving.
As you get familiar with our store's layout and features, every page will feel more intuitive and comfortable. Your shopping experience becomes quicker, smoother, and more rewarding—just the way it should be.
Product Intelligence by InspiredGrabs™ is a structured product-information section designed to help you understand products more clearly and shop with greater confidence.
Depending on the product, you may see verified information such as the category, type, subcategory, key features, specifications, compatibility, included items, buying guidance, care information, FAQs, and videos.
Not every product displays every section. Information appears only when it is relevant and supported.
What does ✓ Verified mean?
When you see the green ✓ Verified badge, that specific product detail has been reviewed by InspiredGrabs™ using available supporting product information before being displayed in Product Intelligence.
On desktop, hover over the badge. On mobile, tap it to see the verification explanation.
Understanding Product Verification Status
The ✓ Verified badge applies to an individual product detail. Product Verification Complete applies to the verification review of the product as a whole.
If a product is not yet fully verified, its full Product Intelligence review has not yet been completed. This does not mean that information already marked ✓ Verified is unverified.
✓ PRODUCT VERIFICATION COMPLETE
InspiredGrabs™ has completed its review of the available product evidence. Product details we were able to verify have been included in Product Intelligence.
NOT YET FULLY VERIFIED
Product Intelligence may already contain verified information, but the product's full verification review has not yet been completed. You can shop based on the information currently available or request additional verification before purchasing.
Our commitment
We continually review and improve Product Intelligence to provide clearer product information, more consistent terminology, evidence-supported specifications, better product comparisons (Collection Pages), and a more confident shopping experience.
Because several hundred products may be awaiting review, Product Intelligence may not yet be fully available for every product. If you request verification, we will prioritize reviewing the available product information and add the details we can verify.
**3. 🧠 AI Assistant in the Bottom-Right Corner (Sitewide)
We're continually improving our AI chat tool. Its responses can be helpful, but automated answers may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. For program eligibility, policy terms, pricing, or order-specific decisions, review the applicable store page or contact Customer Support.
The Assistant can help with much more than basic questions. It can help you locate products, explain store policies, recommend products based on your needs, summarize product information, and even compare similar products to help you make a more informed purchase decision.
Product comparisons: The Assistant can compare similar products side by side and explain the key differences in plain English. For example, if you're looking at two knife sharpeners, coffee makers, smartwatches, power tools, pet products, or similar items, ask which one is better suited to your needs.
Feature breakdowns: It can highlight differences such as manual versus electric operation, rechargeable versus plug-in power, materials used, portability, included accessories, intended use cases, and other important features that may not be immediately obvious.
Shopping assistance: If you're unsure which product to choose, tell the Assistant how you plan to use the item, your budget, or the features that matter most to you, and it will help narrow your options.
Getting the most from the IG Smart Assistant starts by asking clear, specific questions. The more details you provide about what you're looking for, the more accurate, helpful, and personalized its responses can be.
4. ❓ Help & Information Center & Contact Customer Support
For the fastest answers, visit Contact Us. Start with the searchable Help & Information Center to find answers instantly. If you still need assistance, use the Contact Customer Support form on the same page. If supporting files are needed, submit the support form first, then use the Supporting File Upload section before leaving the page.
If an eligible competitor currently offers the same product at a lower comparable final total, you may request a Price Match Guarantee review before purchasing from InspiredGrabs™ or within 14 calendar days after delivery of your InspiredGrabs™ order.
Compare the same product: The competitor's item must be identical in the relevant product details, new, authentic, in stock, publicly available, and offered under reasonably comparable fulfillment and delivery conditions.
Compare complete eligible costs: Use the same U.S. delivery destination and compare the current cart or checkout totals. Depending on what applies, the review may consider publicly available or automatically applied discounts, required shipping, mandatory fees, applicable sales tax, and disclosed duties or import-related charges.
Submit the Price Match Request Form: Open the Price Match Guarantee page and complete the Price Match Request Form. Provide the applicable product links, comparable totals, ZIP code, and—when requesting a post-purchase review—your InspiredGrabs™ order number and delivery date.
Approval is not automatic. The competitor's offer must remain available and verifiable when reviewed, and InspiredGrabs™ will confirm the product, seller, availability, fulfillment terms, evidence, timing, and comparable costs before determining eligibility.
Note: Complete eligibility requirements, excluded offers, evidence requirements, timing rules, and adjustment procedures are governed by the Price Match Guarantee under About InspiredGrabs™ in the footer.
6. 🔐 Account Sign-In, Sign-Out or Registration (Sitewide)
Use the AI Assistant in the bottom-right corner to create a store account, sign in (passwordless), or sign out.
Open the AI Assistant (the bottom-right of any page).
At the top of the Assistant, tap Sign In from any content block — For You, Orders, or Profile.
Enter your email address to receive an instant 6-digit code, then verify to create your account and/or sign in.
To sign out, open the Assistant → Profile → scroll down to Sign out.
This is Shopify's modern, passwordless account flow.
Before registering: If you would like to understand the available account benefits first, complete the Savings & Rewards journey and review the Savings & Rewards Knowledge Center. Creating an account is free, but it is not required to shop as a guest.
Eligible account-holder orders may earn Digital Loyalty Cash as store credit for future purchases. Qualification, the award amount, issuance timing, permitted use, expiration, adjustments, and other limitations are governed by the current program terms.
Sign in to the same InspiredGrabs™ customer account before placing an eligible order so qualifying activity can be associated with that account.
Prices displayed on collection and product pages are everyday listed prices. Eligible discounts and benefits are applied or earned separately according to their individual terms.
Depending on eligibility, account holders may receive value through:
Eligible automatic discounts shown in the cart or at checkout;
Account-holder shipping benefits when the applicable shipping code and requirements are satisfied;
Digital Loyalty Cash earned on eligible orders for later use;
Tariff Shield Cashback for an approved qualifying import-related charge; and
Milestone Reward Gifts earned through qualifying spend during an earning cycle.
Compare accurately: Compare the complete checkout total, including product price, shipping, tax, and any applicable fees. Future store credit or gifts should not be treated as an immediate reduction in the amount paid today.
Paying over time: If Shop Pay Installments is offered to you at checkout, review Shop Pay Installments – FAQs for information about eligibility, available plans, approval, payments, and other important terms.
On product pages, you'll see a small Favorites (heart) icon positioned just above the social media share icons (for example, the buttons to share a product on social media).
Where it appears: The Favorites icon is available only on individual product pages. It is not available on collection pages or on collection cards.
How to use it: Open any product page and click or tap the heart icon to add that item to your Favorites.
Where your Favorites are saved: Items you mark as Favorites are saved to the "For You" content block in the AI Assistant, so you can quickly revisit products you've liked from one central place.
Note: Because the Favorites feature is tied to product pages, you may need to open a product from a collection first before you can favorite it. The collection pages themselves do not display a Favorites icon.
When you see a "New Lower Price (Permanent)" label on a product, it means we've reviewed our costs and lowered the everyday listed price for good — not just for a weekend sale or short-lived promotion.
No yo-yo pricing: The new price becomes the baseline we use going forward, subject to our costs. It isn't a temporary "gotcha" discount.
Slashed price + new price: On eligible product pages, you may see the old price shown with a slash and a new, lower price displayed next to it. That side-by-side display is your visual cue that this item is now on a permanent lower price, not a short-term sale.
Transparent comparisons: You can compare this lower everyday price with other stores, knowing it isn't a limited-time flash sale that will quietly jump back up.
Stackable value: You can still combine this permanent lower price with our 10% automatic discount in the cart (where applicable), Digital Loyalty Cash, and Tariff Shield Cashback if your order qualifies.
Where you'll see it: The "New Lower Price (Permanent)" text or badge appears near the product price on the product page and may also appear on collection cards when applicable. Not every product will carry this label — only items where we've permanently reduced the baseline price.
Want a review credit? We'll reward you with up to $10 off your next purchase for leaving a review. Watch for a Review Request email 26 days after your order delivery (an account is required).
We truly appreciate every review our customers share — short or long. 🙏
That said, the most helpful reviews are the ones that go beyond quick notes like "Good quality," "Arrived on time," "Defective," or "Good price." When you can, please tell us (and other shoppers) a bit more about your experience:
How are you using the product?
What do you like most (or least) about it?
Did anything surprise you — in a good or not-so-good way?
Would you recommend it to someone else, and why?
Reviews that don't go into detail are still welcome, but informative reviews make a big difference for other customers trying to decide if a product is right for them. Thank you for taking a moment to share your experience and help others shop with confidence.
Recommended Viewing: For the best experience, use a desktop or laptop. Some tabular content and comparison sections may feel compressed or harder to navigate on mobile devices.
Use Google Chrome (desktop) for the most consistent results. (Other browsers like Edge, Safari, and Firefox are supported; minor differences may occur.)

Product sizing is not universal. A size label may represent different measurements, proportions, materials, cuts, or intended fits across manufacturers and product types.
Use the product-specific chart first. Review the sizing information supplied on the product page or in its image gallery.
Identify what the chart measures. Body measurements and finished-product measurements are not interchangeable.
Measure carefully. Use a flexible measuring tape and follow the correct method for the product category.
Review fit considerations. Stretch, lining, layering, shape, intended fit, and the product's construction may affect your choice.
Do not rely on the letter or number alone. Compare your measurements with the actual chart whenever possible.
When information conflicts: Product-specific sizing supplied for the exact item should normally take priority over a general conversion chart. Contact us before ordering if essential sizing information is missing or unclear.
20. 📋 Paste into Forms / Fields / Search Bar (Sitewide)
Because our store is copy-protected, the usual right-click → Paste may not appear. Use one of these safe methods to paste text you've copied into any form, field, or the site search bar:
Keyboard shortcuts — Windows: Ctrl + V • macOS: ⌘ + V
Browser menu — Chrome/Edge/Safari/Firefox: Edit → Paste (or the ⋮/☰ menu → Paste)
Mobile long-press — Tap into the field, then long-press to reveal the bar and choose Paste
Clear formatting (optional) — If spacing looks odd, paste into a plain-text app first (Notepad / TextEdit), then copy → paste again
Why this exists: Our copy protection reduces content scraping and counterfeit listings. These "paste" methods keep shoppers productive while still protecting our content.
21. 🔌 International Voltage & Plug Compatibility (Electronics)
Electronic devices around the world do not all use the same power standards. Countries differ in voltage, frequency, and plug shape. If you're shopping for electronics, understanding these basics can help you avoid damage, compatibility issues, and unnecessary returns.
Important note for InspiredGrabs™ shoppers: We currently ship to US addresses only. Most electronics sold in our store are configured for US outlets and standard US household voltage (110–120V / 60Hz) unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Quick rule: A plug adapter changes the shape that fits the wall outlet. It does not change the electrical voltage.
⚡ Plug Adapter vs. Voltage Converter
Plug adapter: Lets your device physically fit into a different outlet shape.
Voltage converter/transformer: Changes the electrical voltage so the device receives the correct power.
Important: If your device is not dual-voltage, using only an adapter may still damage it.
🌐 What “Dual Voltage” Means
Many modern electronics, especially chargers and small devices, support a broad input range, such as:
Input: 100–240V ~ 50/60Hz
If you see that on the product label, power brick, or packaging, the device is usually considered dual-voltage or universal-voltage. In that case, you normally need only the correct plug adapter, not a voltage converter.
✅ Quick Compatibility Checklist Before Using an Electronic Device
Check the voltage rating printed on the device, charger, or packaging.
Check the frequency (50Hz or 60Hz), especially for appliances with motors or heating elements.
Check the plug type to see whether it matches your wall outlet.
Look for dual-voltage support such as 100–240V.
Use a voltage converter if required — not just a plug adapter.
When in doubt, do not plug it in until compatibility is confirmed.
Helpful example: A device labeled 110–120V only is intended for U.S.-style household power. In most countries with 220–240V power, a simple travel plug adapter is not enough; a proper voltage converter would also be needed.
🛍️ Shopping Tip for Electronics on InspiredGrabs™
If a product page offers a Plug Type option such as US Plug, EU Plug, UK Plug, or AU Plug, that refers to the plug shape. It does not always guarantee compatibility with the same voltage. Always check the product description or specifications for the supported voltage range as well.
For shoppers using US outlets, the safest choice is typically the US Plug option when available.
*22. 🌐 International Forwarding (International Shoppers)
InspiredGrabs™ fulfills orders only to supported U.S. delivery addresses. Customers who arrange a separate onward shipment through a freight forwarder, reshipper, proxy buyer, friend, relative, or another third party accept additional responsibilities after delivery to the original U.S. address.
Research the service first: Confirm product restrictions, destination coverage, tracking, insurance, fees, and claims procedures.
Inspect before forwarding: Arrange for the package and products to be checked at the original U.S. address before repacking or onward shipment.
Understand the delivery boundary: Forwarding, export, customs, international transportation, and final delivery are outside InspiredGrabs™ control.
Review reward limitations: Forwarding does not create special eligibility, and charges from a separate onward shipment do not qualify for Tariff Shield Cashback.
