International Forwarding & Rewards Policy
Clear guidance for international shoppers using U.S. addresses—how forwarding works, legal compliance, and how rewards like store credit and milestone gifts apply.
We currently ship only to U.S. addresses. Some international shoppers still enjoy our products by using a U.S. address (e.g., a freight forwarder or a U.S. relative) and arranging their own export. This page explains how that impacts transparency, tax/legal basics, and Savings & Rewards.
Why Some Reviews Appear from Outside the U.S.
InspiredGrabs ships exclusively to the United States; however, a few reviews may list non-U.S. locations for valid reasons, such as international shoppers using U.S. forwarding addresses, sending gifts to U.S. recipients, or leaving feedback while traveling abroad. Some items may also display Syndicated (Same Model) feedback, which is collected through our U.S. sales channels for the same verified product model.
Authenticity: All displayed feedback is genuine, unedited, and clearly labeled (e.g., Verified U.S. Purchase, Syndicated (Same Model)) to ensure transparency and trust.
How Non-U.S. Customers Can Order (Self-Arranged)
- Use a U.S. freight-forwarding address: Select a reputable forwarder (consolidation, insurance, and customs pre-clearance are recommended).
- Ask a U.S. friend or relative: Ship to them; they can reship or bring the item to you.
- Use a proxy/concierge buyer: A U.S. proxy purchases and exports on your behalf, handling paperwork end-to-end.
- Consider regional marketplaces: Some identical models may be available on platforms that already support international checkout.
Legality & U.S. Tax Basics (Forwarding/Reship)
- Domestic sale: Delivery to a U.S. address = domestic sale; any applicable sales tax is based on that address.
- Export handled by forwarder/buyer: After delivery, the forwarder/buyer is responsible for managing export and customs filings.
- Not allowed: Misdeclaring values/categories, evading duties, or shipping to sanctioned destinations. InspiredGrabs™ does not facilitate these activities.
In summary: Using a U.S. address and forwarding internationally does not violate U.S. tax laws when done correctly. We fulfill orders to U.S. addresses; you or your forwarder is responsible for managing any export requirements.
How Savings & Rewards Work with Forwarding/Third-Party Orders
Account Holders
- Digital Loyalty Cash (DLC): Earned on eligible orders of $80+ and issued as store credit to the same account email used at checkout (non-transferable).
- Tariff Shield Cashback (TSC): Eligible when order total is $80+ and at least $80 of items ship from China. The original account holder must file claims.
- Milestone Gifts: Spend thresholds (e.g., $300, $600) track to the same account. Gifts ship to a U.S. address provided by the account holder.
Non-Account (Guest) Orders
- Guest purchases do not accrue DLC or milestone progress and cannot claim TSC. Create/sign in to an account to unlock benefits.
Universal Store-Credit Rules
- Usage cap: Apply store credit toward up to 30% of any order total.
- Expiration: Credits (DLC or TSC) expire 365 days from the date of issuance (packet-based).
- Non-transferable: Credits and gifts cannot be reassigned to relatives, forwarders, or other emails.
- Completion point: Our reward obligations are fulfilled upon delivery to the U.S. address on the order.
Reminder: To earn and redeem DLC/TSC and track milestone gifts, the purchaser must be logged in to the same InspiredGrabs™ account at checkout.

International Forwarding & Rewards — FAQs
🔹 Last updated: November 10, 2025
We ship to U.S. addresses only. Many international shoppers still receive our products by using a U.S. address (e.g., a freight forwarder or a trusted U.S. contact) and arranging their own export. The FAQs below address the most frequently asked questions.
1. Do you ship internationally?
No. Orders are fulfilled only to U.S. addresses (including eligible APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. territories when available).
2. I’m outside the U.S.—how can I still place an order?accountable
Customers abroad often use one of these options:
- Freight forwarder: Ship to your unique U.S. address provided by a forwarding company; they export to you.
- U.S. friend/relative: Ship to someone you trust; they reship or bring the item to you.
- Proxy/concierge buyer: A U.S.-based proxy purchases and exports on your behalf.
Note: InspiredGrabs™ is not affiliated with or responsible for any forwarding/proxy services. You’re responsible for export, customs, duties, and delivery beyond the original U.S. address.
3. Is using a forwarder legal and tax-compliant?
Yes—when handled properly. Delivery to a U.S. address makes it a domestic sale; any applicable sales tax is based on that U.S. destination. After delivery, your forwarder/recipient handles export and customs in your country.
Not allowed: Misdeclaring values/categories, evading duties, or shipping to sanctioned destinations. InspiredGrabs™ does not facilitate these activities.
4. Will I still earn Digital Loyalty Cash™ (store credit) if I use a forwarder?
Yes, if you:
- Place the order while signed in to your InspiredGrabs™ account, and
- Meet eligibility (order total ≥ $80).
Credits issue to the same account email used at checkout. Credits are non-transferable, expire in 365 days, and can cover up to 30% of an order total.
5. Does Tariff Shield Cashback™ still apply when forwarding?
Yes—normal rules apply:
- Order total ≥ $80, and at least $80 of items shipped from China.
- File your claim within 14 days of delivery to the U.S. address.
- Claim must be submitted by the original account holder using the same email.
If approved, credit posts to your account (packet-based, 365-day expiry; usage cap 30%).
6. How do Milestone Gifts work if I’m using a forwarder or a relative’s address?
Milestones (e.g., $300, $600) track to the same account you use at checkout. The gift ships to a U.S. address you provide. Gifts and credits are non-transferable.
7. Do guest (non-account) orders earn credits or milestone progress?
No. Please create/sign in to an InspiredGrabs™ account before purchasing to earn DLC/TSC and track milestones.
8. Who is responsible once my order reaches the U.S. address?
Our fulfillment obligation ends at successful delivery to the U.S. address on the order. Forwarding, export, customs, and last-mile delivery abroad are the customer’s/forwarder’s responsibility.
9. Why do some reviews show non-U.S. locations if you don’t ship internationally?
Legitimate reasons include buyers using U.S. forwarding addresses, sending gifts to U.S. recipients, or leaving feedback while traveling abroad. Some items may display Syndicated (Same Model) reviews collected via our U.S. channels. We label reviews clearly (e.g., Verified U.S. Purchase).
10. Which forwarding company do you recommend?
We don’t endorse specific providers. Choose a reputable forwarder that offers:
- Consolidation & insurance options
- Clear prohibited items list (e.g., batteries/aerosols/liquids)
- Up-front estimates for duties/taxes and tracking
Reminder: You are responsible for ensuring the service accepts your product type and for all export/import formalities.
11. Are there product types that forwarders often restrict?
Common restrictions include batteries (especially lithium), aerosols, pressurized items, and certain liquids. Check with your forwarder before purchase.
12. How do returns or issues work if I used a forwarder?
Return eligibility follows our policy, but you’re responsible for return shipping from the U.S. address. If a forwarder loses or damages a parcel, please file a claim directly with them.
13. Can I transfer my credits or gifts to a different email or person?
No. Digital Loyalty Cash, Tariff Shield Cashback, and Milestone Gifts are non-transferable and tied to the original account email used at checkout.
14. What proof is needed for a Tariff Shield claim?
Simple documentation showing an eligible item shipped from China (e.g., tracking details or shipping info). File within 14 days of U.S. delivery.
