At InspiredGrabs™, we believe shoppers deserve transparent, competitive pricing without the inflated markups often found elsewhere. Our mission is simple: offer high-value products at fair final totals — not just low sticker prices.

To support that promise, InspiredGrabs™ offers a Price Match Guarantee against select major U.S. retailers and trusted marketplaces. If you find an identical item sold by an eligible competitor at a lower final total (product + shipping + tax/duty), we will gladly review it. If approved, we will either match the eligible total or apply the appropriate adjustment in accordance with our pricing policies.

1. What We Match

We match the competitor's final total, which includes:

• Item price
• Shipping fees
• Sales tax (where applicable)
• Import duties and mandatory fees (if any)

We compare final totals only, not standalone sticker prices. A lower base price with higher shipping or fees may still result in a higher final total and would not qualify as a better offer.

2. How to Compare Final Totals

2.1 Reviewing the Competitor's Final Total

In most real-world cases, the most accurate way to see a competitor's true final total is:

1. Add the item to the competitor's website cart.
2. Proceed to the checkout page (without paying).
3. Review the complete total (item price + shipping + tax + duty, if any).

Major retailers like Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Best Buy show shipping, estimated tax, and any import duties at checkout before you confirm payment. You can then close the page — no order is required.

Some stores also provide "estimate" tools on the product page (for example, "Shipping to ZIP ____" or tax estimates after entering a ZIP code), but the checkout page is always the most accurate source for final totals.

2.2 Reviewing InspiredGrabs™ Final Totals

At InspiredGrabs™, your visible final total at checkout includes:

• Item price (after any automatic storewide discount, if applicable)
• Shipping (if applicable)
• Sales tax (where required)

For account holders, your effective cost over time is even lower than your immediate checkout total, because eligible orders earn ongoing savings and rewards such as Digital Loyalty Cash and Tariff Shield Cashback. These benefits are not added as line items on the current order, but they are issued to your account and can be applied to future orders.

3. Eligible Competitors

We price-match against the following major U.S. retailers and vetted online marketplaces:

3.2 Online Marketplaces (Eligible with Restrictions)

• Amazon Marketplace — selected offers where Amazon fulfils the item or clearly meets authenticity and fulfillment standards.
• eBay — Buy It Now listings only (auctions excluded) from reputable sellers with explicit buyer protections.

These competitors were selected because they provide transparent pricing, reliable fulfillment, authentic product listings, and explicit buyer protections. We may decline to match third-party marketplace listings that appear unusually risky, misleading, or inconsistent with our quality standards.

4. What We Don't Match (Summary)

We do not price-match:

• Global discount platforms and overseas marketplaces.
• Unverified independent sellers without clear buyer protection or fulfillment guarantees.
• Listings that reasonably appear misleading, counterfeit, or manipulated.

However, you may still submit these links as internal pricing references. We may consider them when evaluating broader pricing fairness, but they do not qualify for a formal price match.

5. Product Eligibility Requirements

To be considered eligible for a price match, the competitor's item must meet all of the following conditions:

• Be identical in every relevant way (same brand, model, configuration, options, quantity, and features).
• Be in stock and available for purchase at the time of submission.
• Be sold directly by the competitor or by a verified seller on an eligible marketplace.
• Offer a shipping speed that is equal to or slower than the shipping option for the equivalent item on InspiredGrabs™.
• Display a publicly advertised price (not requiring membership-only promo codes, private groups, or hidden deals).
• Include all mandatory fees in the final total (item, shipping, service fees, tax, and duty if applicable).

6. Limits & Conditions

• Limit of one price match per item per order.
• Price matches are evaluated before any storewide discounts, coupon codes, Digital Loyalty Cash, or other store credits are applied.
• InspiredGrabs™ may decline a price match if the competitor's listing shows indicators of counterfeit goods, unreliable fulfillment, or unusual risk.
• We reserve the right to verify product details, availability, and total cost before approving any price match.

7. When We Cannot Price Match

A submission will not qualify for a price match if:

• The item is part of a flash sale, lightning deal, daily deal, or short-term promotional event.
• The competitor's price is tied to loyalty points, rewards redemptions, or restricted member-only promotions that materially alter the effective cost.
• The competitor is offering a bundle, multi-pack, or free-gift promotion that differs from the InspiredGrabs™ offer in total value.
• The competitor's listing appears to be unauthorized, counterfeit, a factory reject, or otherwise materially different from our offering.
• The listing is an auction format (e.g., eBay auction) or similar bidding-based sale.

8. How to Submit a Price Match Request

If you believe you've found a lower final total from an eligible competitor, please:

1. Copy the link to the corresponding InspiredGrabs™ product page.
2. Copy the link to the competitor's product page.
3. Note the competitor's final total, including product price, shipping, tax, and duty (if any).
4. Confirm that the products are equivalent and in stock at both retailers.

9. What Happens After Submission

Once we receive your request, our team will:

• Review the competitor's product details, availability, and total cost.
• Confirm that all eligibility criteria are met.

If the competitor's lower total is confirmed and meets all terms, we will offer:

• a matched total for that purchase, or
• an appropriate adjustment via discount or store credit, consistent with our pricing policies.

Your offer may be provided as:

• an adjusted price for that order,
• a one-time discount code, or
• an equivalent amount of store credit.
