Signing in does not necessarily apply the account-holder shipping code automatically. Confirm that the free-shipping adjustment appears before completing checkout. Program eligibility requirements still apply.
Unless a qualifying free-shipping benefit or code applies, the standard shipping rate applies regardless of whether items ship from a U.S. or international warehouse.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing time means the time needed to confirm, prepare, and dispatch your order. Delivery time begins after order processing is completed and the package has been handed to the carrier.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, address issues, item availability, or other external factors.
Once a shipment is handed over to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our direct control.
We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.
Items in the same order may ship separately depending on availability and warehouse location.
You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.
Tracking updates may take several days to appear, especially for international shipments. Please allow time for the carrier system to update after dispatch.
Route Package Protection handles eligible claims involving packages lost in transit, stolen after delivery, or damaged during shipping.
If Route Package Protection was selected at checkout, submit the claim directly through Route. Claims are subject to Route’s coverage terms, filing deadlines, documentation requirements, and final decision. Customers may file through the Route app, the claim link in the order confirmation email, or Route’s claims portal.
For shipping-damage claims, keep the item, shipping container, packaging materials, shipping label, and all included components. Take clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and visible damage immediately after delivery.
Manufacturing or functional defects, incorrect items, missing parts, and items materially different from their descriptions are handled under our Returns & Refund Policy, not as Route shipping claims.
If carrier tracking shows that an order was delivered but the customer cannot locate it:
Before filing a claim, check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, building management, parcel lockers, and any carrier delivery photograph or notice.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or requires re-shipping because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping fees or related costs.
Some international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or tariffs depending on the destination and product type.
If applicable, these charges are determined by customs authorities and may be collected by the shipping carrier before delivery.
Eligible orders may qualify for Tariff Shield Cashback, which provides store credit to help offset qualifying import-related charges, subject to our program terms.
Customers who use a package-forwarding service should review our International Forwarding & Rewards Policy.
Authorized returns must be shipped to our U.S. return address using only the instructions and address provided in the authorization email.
For return eligibility and refund requirements, review our Returns & Refund Policy.
For additional delivery-related information, review our Delivered but Not Received Policy.
