Our Approach to Fair Pricing
InspiredGrabs™ aims to present prices and customer benefits in a way shoppers can understand before completing a purchase.
Our approach is based on everyday listed prices, clearly identified savings, documented customer-benefit programs, and comparisons that consider the relevant total cost—not merely the first number displayed on a product page.
We do not intentionally inflate a reference price solely to create the appearance of a dramatic discount, and we do not want customers to feel pressured by artificial countdowns or manufactured urgency.
Our central pricing principle: A price should help a customer evaluate the purchase—not pressure the customer into acting before understanding it.
What Is the Listed Price?
The listed price is the product price displayed on the InspiredGrabs™ product page before applicable automatic discounts, shipping charges, taxes, store-credit redemptions, or other eligible adjustments are calculated.
The listed price may reflect factors such as:
- Supplier and sourcing costs
- Product and variant selection
- Warehouse or fulfillment location
- Shipping and logistics conditions
- Payment-processing and operating costs
- Import-related cost considerations
- Market conditions and product availability
- The store’s pricing and customer-benefit structure
A listed price is not necessarily the customer’s final checkout total because eligible discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and other applicable adjustments may still need to be calculated.
Listed Price, Checkout Total and Total Purchase Cost
Listed Price
The price displayed for the product before eligible savings and checkout calculations.
Checkout Total
The amount shown during checkout after applicable discounts, shipping, taxes, credits, and other checkout adjustments are calculated.
Total Purchase Cost
The checkout total plus any qualifying charge imposed later by a carrier, customs authority, forwarding service, financial institution, or other third party.
These amounts may be different. Customers should review the checkout information carefully and consider any potential third-party charge that may apply to the destination, payment method, or delivery arrangement.
What May Be Included in a Fair Price Comparison?
A meaningful comparison should evaluate equivalent offers and include the costs that materially affect what the customer pays.
- The same or materially identical product and variant
- Product quantity
- Shipping and handling charges
- Applicable taxes
- Required import duties, tariffs, or carrier-collected fees
- Required membership or subscription costs
- Mandatory service or processing fees
- Differences in included accessories or components
- Seller, fulfillment, delivery, and return conditions
In plain terms: A lower product-page price is not necessarily a lower total price.
Shipping, Taxes and Import-Related Charges
Shipping, taxes, and possible import-related charges are not interchangeable, and they may be determined in different ways.
Shipping
InspiredGrabs™ currently applies its published shipping terms, including the applicable flat rate or free-shipping qualification.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax may be calculated during checkout according to the order, destination, and governing tax requirements.
Import Charges
Some import-related duties, taxes, tariffs, or carrier fees may be determined and collected by customs authorities or carriers rather than InspiredGrabs™.
Because some third-party import charges may not be known when checkout is completed, they may not appear in the InspiredGrabs™ checkout total.
Eligible customers who unexpectedly incur qualifying import-related charges may be able to request Tariff Shield Cashback, subject to the program’s eligibility requirements, evidence requirements, deadlines, and terms.
Automatic Savings
An automatic 10% discount is applied to eligible orders without requiring customers to search for or enter a general promotional code.
The discount is calculated according to the store’s applicable discount settings and may not combine with every other discount, offer, credit, code, bundle adjustment, or excluded item.
The automatic discount does not mean that shipping, taxes, possible third-party charges, or every product-specific condition is reduced by 10%.
What customers should do: Review the checkout summary to confirm which discount and adjustment have been applied before submitting the order.
Customer Benefits Beyond the Listed Price
Some InspiredGrabs™ benefits provide additional value beyond the immediate product price. These benefits have separate rules and should not be treated as an unrestricted cash reduction from every order.
Digital Loyalty Cash
Qualifying account holders may earn store credit equal to 12% of an eligible order containing at least $80 in qualifying purchases.
The credit is generally issued 30 days after delivery, expires after 365 days, and may be used for up to 30% of a future eligible order, subject to program terms.
Tariff Shield Cashback
Eligible customers may receive store credit for qualifying unexpected import-related charges on an order meeting the program’s China-shipped-product and order-value requirements.
A claim and supporting evidence must be submitted within the applicable deadline.
Milestone Reward Gifts
Qualifying account holders may become eligible for reward gifts after reaching the applicable accumulated-purchase milestones.
Gift eligibility, selection, progression, and reset rules are governed by the Milestone Reward Gift Program terms.
Free-Shipping Opportunities
Orders meeting the published storewide free-shipping threshold qualify under the applicable shipping terms.
Additional free-shipping codes may also be available through eligible subscriber or customer-benefit programs, subject to their terms.
Store-credit clarification: Digital Loyalty Cash and Tariff Shield Cashback are issued as store credit—not cash—and cannot be treated as an immediate cash refund unless the applicable program expressly states otherwise.
New Lower Price (Permanent)
When a product receives a New Lower Price (Permanent) designation, InspiredGrabs™ has reduced its intended everyday listed price rather than applying a short-term promotional sale.
The new price is intended to remain in place unless a meaningful change in sourcing, fulfillment, availability, operating costs, or other relevant conditions requires another adjustment.
“Permanent” describes the difference between an everyday price reduction and a temporary sale. It does not mean that the price can never change under any circumstances.

Why We Skip the Sales Hype
InspiredGrabs™ does not build its pricing identity around a constant cycle of dramatic sale claims, expiring countdowns, or repeated “last chance” messages.
Legitimate temporary offers may occasionally exist, but they should be identifiable as temporary and should not depend on an artificially inflated reference price.
Our preference is to emphasize understandable everyday pricing and clearly documented customer benefits.

Price Match Guarantee
If a customer finds a lower eligible final total from a qualifying competitor, the InspiredGrabs™ Price Match Guarantee provides a process for requesting review.
A price-match decision may consider whether the product and variant are equivalent, the competitor and offer qualify, the item is available, and the relevant shipping, tax, duty, fee, membership, and fulfillment conditions are comparable.
A lower headline price alone does not guarantee approval. All requests remain subject to the complete eligibility requirements, exclusions, evidence requirements, and terms of the Price Match Guarantee.

Why Prices May Change
InspiredGrabs™ may increase or decrease a product’s listed price when relevant circumstances change.
Possible reasons include:
- Supplier price changes
- Shipping or fulfillment-cost changes
- Currency fluctuations
- Tariffs, duties, taxes, or regulatory changes
- Product availability or variant changes
- Corrections to inaccurate product or pricing information
- Changes to customer-benefit or promotional programs
- Other material operating or market conditions
The price applicable to an order is normally the price accepted when checkout is completed, subject to the store’s policies regarding errors, cancellations, authorization, fraud review, and other applicable conditions.
Later price decreases generally do not create a retroactive credit for an earlier purchase, and later price increases generally do not alter a previously completed eligible order.
Reference and Comparison Prices
When a crossed-out, comparison, original, or reference price appears, it should provide meaningful pricing context rather than manufacture the appearance of savings.
Depending on the product and available evidence, the reference may relate to a genuine prior InspiredGrabs™ price, a supplier-supported reference, or another legitimate comparison basis.
A reference price is not a guarantee that every other seller currently charges that amount or that the product was offered at that amount for a particular length of time.
If reliable pricing support is unavailable or a displayed price is found to be inaccurate, InspiredGrabs™ may correct or remove the reference.
Pricing Errors
Although we aim to present accurate pricing, typographical errors, supplier-feed errors, technical problems, incorrect variant associations, duplicate discounts, or other mistakes may occasionally occur.
If a material pricing error affects an order, InspiredGrabs™ may review the circumstances and take action consistent with the Terms of Service and other applicable store policies. Depending on the situation, this may include contacting the customer, correcting information, declining or cancelling the affected transaction, or issuing an applicable refund.
An obviously incorrect price does not create an unlimited right to purchase a product at that price.
Guest Shopping and Account Benefits
Shopping as a Guest
Guest checkout may be appropriate for customers who want to place an order without maintaining a customer account.
Eligible automatic checkout savings may still apply, but account-dependent rewards and store-credit benefits require an account.
Shopping With an Account
An account is required for benefits that depend on tracking eligibility, accumulated purchases, issuing store credit, redeeming store credit, or managing milestone progression.
Creating an account does not automatically make every purchase or customer eligible for every benefit.
Our Fair-Pricing Commitment
InspiredGrabs™ would rather earn trust through understandable pricing and documented benefits than depend on confusing discounts or manufactured pressure.
Customers should be able to identify:
- What the product is listed for
- What savings apply at checkout
- What shipping and tax are added
- What possible third-party charges should be considered
- Which future rewards may be earned
- Which eligibility requirements and limitations apply
