Linked pages are the destination pages you can open by clicking a hyperlink (text, button, image, or icon). In other words, they’re the pages that a link points to.
Quick breakdown:
-
Current page: the page you’re viewing right now.
-
Linked page: the page you’ll go to if you click a link on the current page.
Examples:
-
On a product page, a link to Shipping Policy directs to the Shipping Policy page.
-
A button labeled Track Order → the tracking page it opens is the linked page.
-
A blog post links to another article, which is the linked page.
Notes:
-
Linked pages can be internal (within InspiredGrabs.com) or external (another website).
-
If your site offers bookmarking, labels like “Bookmark this page” save the current page, while “Bookmark linked page” would save the link’s destination.
