You can shop as a guest or create an InspiredGrabs™ customer account. Both options may provide immediate savings, but an account is required to earn, receive, track, or use certain benefits.

How to Unlock Account-Holder Benefits
Create your free account.Use an email address you control. Using one consistent account and email helps keep orders, reward progress, store credit, and program communications connected.
Sign in before checkout.This is required to earn Digital Loyalty Cash and accumulate Milestone Reward Gift progress. Creating an account after a guest order does not make that order retroactively eligible for those benefits.
Apply the account-holder shipping code.Enter or apply the applicable code and confirm that the free-shipping adjustment appears before completing checkout. Signing in alone does not necessarily apply the code automatically.
Complete an eligible purchase.Eligibility may depend on the product, order amount, account status, discounts, shipping origin, delivery, claims, returns, refunds, and other program requirements.
Check your account and email.Review order information, monitor program communications, check available store credit, and follow any claim or reward instructions within the applicable deadline.

The automatic 10% discount may apply to eligible products and orders whether you shop as a guest or through an account.
No discount code is generally required. Confirm the final product and order amounts before submitting checkout.
🚚 Guest Free Shipping
Guest orders over $108.99 may qualify for free standard shipping.
Confirm the qualifying threshold and final shipping adjustment at checkout.
🔑 Account-Holder Free Shipping
Eligible account holders may receive free standard shipping without meeting the storewide threshold by applying the applicable account-holder shipping code.

Digital Loyalty Cash
Reward store credit earned by eligible account holders on qualifying purchases.
An InspiredGrabs™ account is required.
You must be signed in when placing the qualifying order.
The eligible order amount must be at least $80 before tax and shipping.
The current earning rate is 12% of the eligible order value.
Eligible credit is issued 30 days after delivery.
The order must remain eligible through the issuance period.
A cancellation, return, refund, chargeback, or other adjustment may reduce or eliminate the credit.

Tariff Shield Cashback
Store-credit reimbursement for an approved qualifying import-related charge.
The total order value must be at least $80.
The order must contain at least $80 in qualifying products shipped from China.
A covered import-related charge must have been imposed and paid.
The charge must be connected to the qualifying China-shipped portion of the order.
Acceptable evidence of the charge and payment must be provided.
The claim must be submitted within 14 calendar days after delivery.
An account under the checkout email is required before approved credit can be issued.
An approved claim receives store credit equal to 100% of the portion of the documented charge that InspiredGrabs™ determines is eligible.
Not guaranteed protection: Tariff Shield Cashback does not prevent customs authorities, carriers, or other parties from collecting a charge, and it does not guarantee that every import-related cost qualifies.

Milestone Reward Gifts
Available reward gifts unlocked through qualifying spending during an earning cycle.
At $300 in qualifying spend, you may claim an available first-tier milestone gift.
Instead of claiming at $300, you may continue toward the $600 higher-tier milestone gift.
You do not receive both milestone gifts from the same earning cycle.
Claiming a milestone gift resets that cycle's qualifying-spend balance to $0.
New eligible purchases can begin another earning cycle.
The $300 and $600 amounts are qualifying-spend thresholds—not statements of a gift's retail price, market value, or cash value.
How Store Credit Connects the Programs
Digital Loyalty Cash and approved Tariff Shield Cashback are issued for different reasons, but both use the InspiredGrabs™ store-credit system.
Digital Loyalty CashEarned from eligible purchase activity.
Approved Tariff Shield CashbackIssued after an eligible paid charge is documented, reviewed, and approved.
InspiredGrabs™ Store CreditAvailable for future eligible use under the applicable redemption rules.
Current Core Redemption Rules
The eligible future order must meet the applicable $80 minimum.
Store credit may cover up to 30% of an eligible future order.
The remaining balance and excluded amounts must be paid using another accepted payment method.
Credit expires 365 days after issuance.
Credit is nontransferable and has no cash value.
Separate reward: Milestone Reward Gifts do not become store credit. An approved milestone claim provides an available gift.

Use the same email consistently for your account and checkout.
Confirm that the automatic discount appears when applicable.
Apply the account-holder shipping code when eligible.
Confirm the shipping adjustment before submitting the order.
