All orders are shipped using reliable, trackable carrier methods selected based on product type, availability, destination, and warehouse location.

The shipping rate applies regardless of whether items are shipped from the United States or international warehouses.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing time means the time needed to confirm, prepare, and dispatch your order. Delivery time begins after order processing is completed and the package has been handed to the carrier.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, address issues, item availability, or other external factors.
Once a shipment is handed over to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our direct control.
We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.
Items in the same order may ship separately depending on availability and warehouse location.
You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.
Tracking updates may take several days to appear, especially for international shipments. Please allow time for the carrier system to update after dispatch.
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
If delivery protection was selected at checkout, claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages may be submitted through Route. Customers can file a claim through the Route app, the claim link in their order confirmation email, or directly at: https://claims.route.com/
For damaged items, customers should keep the item and all packaging and take clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and visible damage immediately upon delivery before submitting a claim.
If delivery protection was not selected, the carrier’s delivery confirmation is considered final, and we do not provide refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or requires re-shipping due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping fees or related costs.
Some international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or tariffs depending on the destination and product type.
If applicable, these charges are determined by customs authorities and may be collected by the shipping carrier before delivery.
Eligible orders may qualify for Tariff Shield Cashback, which provides store credit to help offset qualifying import-related charges, subject to our program terms.
Approved returns must be shipped to our U.S. return address after authorization.
