Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using the seller’s shipping method for reliable, trackable, and efficient delivery.

Shipping Costs

• Flat Rate: $8.95 per order (applies to all orders, regardless of shipping origin: the United States or China)

• Free Shipping: Orders over $108.99 ship free

Processing Time

• 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends & holidays)

Estimated Delivery Times

• From U.S. Warehouse (Contiguous U.S.): 4–10 calendar days

• From China to Contiguous U.S.: 7–15 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding weekends & holidays)

• To Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: 2–3 weeks

Note: Products shipping from China may arrive earlier than the maximum estimate. If a product requires more than 15 business days to arrive, the delivery timeframe (e.g., 7–21 or 7–28 business days) will be stated on the product page. If not stated, expect 7–15 business days.

⚠️ Customs Duties & Import Fees (U.S. Orders)

Due to recent trade policy changes, most direct-to-consumer shipments from China are no longer duty-free, even if under $800.

• Orders under $800: May still incur tariffs or fixed fees if shipped from China

• Orders $800 or more: Will always be subject to customs duties and processing fees

• Per-parcel charge now applies:
  A flat import fee of $135–$200 or more may be imposed on shipments from China,
  or a percentage-based tariff depending on product type—whichever is higher

These fees are assessed per shipment, not per item.

Customers will be contacted by the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to pay any applicable import charges before delivery is completed.

If your order ships from our U.S. warehouse, no import duties or per-shipment fees apply.

🧧 Chinese New Year Shipping Delays

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, follow these steps:

We cannot refund or reship orders marked as "delivered" by the carrier.

🔁 Refund Policy & Return Requests

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✔ Request Deadline: Must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.
✔ Condition: The item must be like-new with all original packaging and accessories.
✔ Testing & Wear: Minor use to test functionality (electronics, tools, etc.) or fit/suitability (apparel, accessories, etc.) is acceptable. Damage, excessive wear, or missing parts will render the item ineligible for return.
✔ Proof Required: Customers must provide photo or video proof of the issue before approval.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

🚫 Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

🚫 Personal care items (beauty, hygiene, health)

- A 15% restocking fee applies to returns not caused by merchant error, including:

- No restocking fee applies if the return is due to defects or merchant errors. 

- Shipping fees (if paid) are non-refundable, except in cases where we are at fault.

5. Refund & Store Credit

We will issue refunds to the original payment method(s), such as store credit, another payment method, or both, depending on how you initially paid for the purchases.

If you return an item(s) purchased with store credit, the credit used for that item(s) must be refunded to your store credit account once the return is processed. Suppose your purchase was made using store credit and another payment method. In that case, the refund will first be applied to your store credit, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method. This ensures that the full value of your store credit is preserved.

Optionally, suppose you prefer to have the refund from another payment method converted into store credit. In that case, we will extend the validity of your store credit from one year (365 days) to an additional six months (183 days). This extension will apply to all subsequent returns, each earning you an extra six months (183 days). Please note that store credit purchases must be refunded to the original store credit account; the refund for the other payment method is at your discretion.

✔ Store Credit: Instant or within one business day.
✔ Bank Transfers: Up to 10 business days (varies by bank).

6. How to Initiate a Return Request
