How to Receive and Activate Shopper Identity Protection
- After making a qualifying purchase from our site, which offers complimentary TrustedSite's Shopper Identity Protection, you should receive an email with coverage details and a link to file a claim.
- If you lose the email with the activation link, contact TrustedSite's support team.
- To activate your protection, click the "Activate Protection" button that appears on-screen after you have completed your payment for the order.
How to File a Claim
- If you believe your identity has been compromised, file a claim by clicking the "File a Claim" link in the email you received with your Shopper Identity Protection coverage details.
Note: You must have activated your coverage and still must be within the 90-day coverage period.
Eligibility Requirements for Shopper Identity Protection
To be eligible for the Shopper Identity Protection coverage, you must meet the following requirements:
- Make a qualifying purchase from our site, which offers TrustedSite's Shopper Identity Protection.
- Experience a covered identity theft event.
- You must be a resident of the United States, its territories and possessions, Puerto Rico, or Canada, excluding Minnesota, Texas, and New York.
Every time you make a qualifying purchase, you will receive 90 days of coverage from the date of your most recent purchase. The coverage is not cumulative and cannot be banked with multiple purchases.
Remember: You must activate your coverage to receive benefits.
