🚚 Shipping Policy

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using the seller’s shipping method for reliable, trackable, and efficient delivery.


Shipping Costs

  • Flat Rate: $8.95 per order (applies to all orders, regardless of shipping origin: the United States or China)

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $108.99 ship free


Processing Time

  • 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends & holidays)


Estimated Delivery Times

  • From U.S. Warehouse (Contiguous U.S.): 4–10 calendar days

  • From China to Contiguous U.S.: 7–15 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding weekends & holidays)

  • To Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: 2–3 weeks

Note: Products shipped from China may arrive earlier than the maximum estimate. 


⚠️ Customs Duties & Import Fees (U.S. Orders)

Due to recent trade policy changes, most direct-to-consumer shipments from China are no longer duty-free, even if under $800.

💵 What to Expect:

  • Orders under $800: May still incur tariffs or fixed fees if shipped from China

  • Orders $800 or more: Will always be subject to customs duties and processing fees

  • Per-parcel charge now applies:
    A flat import fee of $135–$200 or more may be imposed on shipments from China,
    or a percentage-based tariff depending on product type—whichever is higher

These fees are assessed per shipment, not per item.

Customers will be contacted by the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to pay any applicable import charges before delivery is completed.

📌 Typical Tariff Ranges by Product Type:

  • Electronics & Gadgets: 7.5%–25%

  • Apparel & Footwear: 10%–32%

  • Home & Kitchen Items: 15%–25%

  • Tools & Outdoor Gear: 10%–25%

  • Beauty & Personal Care: 10%–20%

  • Bags & Accessories: 20%–45%

If your order ships from our U.S. warehouse, no import duties or per-shipment fees apply.

Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and taxes. Please consult U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) or your carrier for assistance in understanding potential fees and charges.

🧧 Chinese New Year Shipping Delays

Orders shipping from China may experience delays of 1–3 weeks due to holiday closures in China.

Orders from U.S. warehouses are not affected during this time.


📦 Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, follow these steps:

  • Take clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Describe the issue in detail

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery for help


📫 Delivery Notes

  • Double-check your shipping address—P.O. Boxes are not supported

  • You may receive one or two tracking numbers depending on the fulfillment location(s)


🕵️♀️ Tracking & Lost Package Policy

Tracking is provided; however, occasional delays in status updates may occur.
To avoid package theft:

  • Monitor your delivery area closely for the expected arrival date

  • Use tracking information as a guide, not a guarantee of exact timing

We cannot refund or reship orders marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location.
