How your wallet credits work
Important: Your wallet is a sum of separate credit packets (DLC or TSC). Each packet has its own 365-day timer. Your overall wallet total does not auto-expire; only the packets that exceed 365 days will be dropped. You can apply credits to cover up to 30% of any order.
Example A — 30% usage cap
Cart = $100 → Max credit you can use = $30. If your wallet has $42, you can use $30 now; $12 remains for later.
Example B — Only part of your balance expires
Wallet today = $48 (three packets). Each packet carries its own 365-day clock.
