Welcome to InspiredGrabs™! If you're new here, this Shopping Guide is your shortcut to getting the most out of your visit. It highlights time-saving tips and explains features that may not be immediately apparent.

Below you'll notice short notes in parentheses after the section titles—for example, Quick View (Collections) means the Quick View feature on collection pages, and Previous/Next Arrows (Product Pages) refers to a feature on product pages. These notes clearly indicate where each tip applies, so with one click on the buttons below, you can jump directly to the specific guidance if you need help.

For easy reference, keep this guide open in a separate browser tab while you browse. We update or add more guidance to it as needed—check the "Updated" date in the banner above.

To switch gears, we can't emphasize this enough: our product selection is actively expanding and will grow into thousands of items over time. And when we say "over time," we don't mean years of waiting — we mean steady, consistent growth that happens faster than you might expect. Welcome to InspiredGrabs™! If you're visiting for the first time—or still getting familiar with how our store works—you may notice that we offer a lot of helpful information across our pages. From savings and rewards to shipping details to store credit benefits, everything is designed to make your shopping experience transparent and worry-free.

Because of this, it's normal to feel a little overwhelmed at first. Most new shoppers do. But here's the good news:

By your third to fifth visit, you'll naturally start recognizing how our store works—how savings stack, how Digital Loyalty Cash and Tariff Shield Cashback apply, and where to find the things that matter most to you.

You won't need to re-read everything each time you shop. Only pay attention to sections marked with:

  • Single asterisk (*) – New content added: Month Day, Year
  • Double asterisks (**) – Updated: Month Day, Year
  • When no new or updated content exists, only the "Month Day, Year" date is shown.

These markers make it effortless to spot what's new or updated at a glance, so you can skip past what you already know.

2. 🔎 Searching or Filtering (Sitewide)

Some customers prefer using the search bar in the top-right corner of the header (click the magnifying glass icon) to find what they're looking for—products, pages, or blog posts—rather than browsing with product filters. We recommend searching as the most efficient way to find items across the site, but filters are available if you prefer to narrow results step by step. As our product selection grows, there's a high likelihood you'll find precisely what you're after.

3. 🧠 AI Assistant (Sitewide)

We're continually fine-tuning our AI chat tool toward perfection. Today, it provides answers with an accuracy rate that's 99.99% in everyday scenarios.

When in doubt, please verify any AI-Assistant-provided information with our Help Desk FAQs.

  • Shipping example: If the Assistant says "China-shipped items arrive in 1–3 business days", that's practically impossible under any shipping method. Please always check the Shipping & Delivery FAQ for the correct timelines.
  • Broken links: If a link shared in chat doesn't open, the linked page is broken, or the page looks wrong, use the Help Desk to find the correct page (or contact us).
If something feels off,
please send us a quick note so we can improve the Assistant.

4. ❓ Help Center (Instant FAQs)

We receive a high volume of messages daily, and we're a small, understaffed team. For instant answers, please review our Help Center FAQs carefully and thoroughly, focusing on the topic that best matches your question. Most common issues are solved there in minutes.

5. 🔐 Account Sign-In or Sign-Out / Signup (Sitewide)

Use the AI Assistant in the bottom-right corner to create a store account, sign in (passwordless), or sign out.

  1. Open the AI Assistant (the bottom-right of any page).
  2. At the top of the Assistant, tap Sign In from any content block — For You, Orders, or Profile.
  3. Enter your email address to receive an instant 6-digit code, then verify to create your account and/or sign in.
  4. To sign out, open the Assistant → ProfileSign out.

This is Shopify's modern, passwordless account flow.

Note: If you're prompted for a password on a different Login page, use the AI Assistant instead—follow steps 1-3 above to sign in without needing a password.

6. 💰 Earn Cash Back Bonus (Store Credit)

Spend $80.00 or more per order and earn 12% cash back as store credit to apply toward your future purchases. The credit is issued 30 days after you receive your order.

7. 💲 Why Members Pay Less Than the Listed Prices (Pricing)

On our collection pages and product pages, the prices you see are our everyday listed prices. They're designed for easy comparison with other stores and do not yet reflect the full value of the savings & rewards that account holders receive.

Once you create an account and shop as a member, your real cost is usually lower than the listed price because you benefit from:

  • Instant savings in the cart (eligible discounts applied automatically).
  • Digital Loyalty Cash earned on eligible orders (store credit you can use on future purchases).
  • Tariff Shield Cashback on eligible duty-paid orders from China (when applicable).
  • Other rewards over time, such as unlimited free shipping or milestone gifts (where eligible).

Think of the listed price as the starting point, not the final member cost.

Simple formula for members (big picture):

Example (for illustration only): If a product is listed at $100, you:
• Pay $90 at checkout after an automatic 10% discount,
• Earn $12 in Digital Loyalty Cash for future orders (currently 12% of order value),
• Possibly receive additional full value from Tariff Shield Cashback, save on shipping costs, or earn milestone gifts over time.
In practice, your long-term effective cost ends up well below the original $100 listed price.

Tip: When comparing with other stores, use the cart price plus your expected savings & rewards mentioned above (not just the listed price) to see your actual savings as an account holder.

8. ❤️ Favorites Icon & Saved Items (Product Pages & AI Assistant)

On product pages, you'll see a small Favorites (heart) icon positioned just above the social media share icons (for example, the buttons to share a product on social media).

  • Where it appears: The Favorites icon is available only on individual product pages. It is not available on collection pages or on collection cards.
  • How to use it: Open any product page and click or tap the heart icon to add that item to your Favorites.
  • Where your Favorites are saved: Items you mark as Favorites are saved to the "For You" content block in the AI Assistant, so you can quickly revisit products you've liked from one central place.

Note: Because the Favorites feature is tied to product pages, you may need to open a product from a collection first before you can favorite it. The collection pages themselves do not display a Favorites icon.

9. 👀 Quick View (Collections)

  1. Hover a product card in a collection and click the eye icon.
  2. See key details (price, variants, product description) without leaving the collection.
  3. Select a variant (if applicable), then click "Grab it Now" to add it to your cart — or open the full product page.
Note: Prices and images update based on your selected variant. You may need to scroll back up to see the change.

10. ↔️ Previous/Next Arrows (Product Pages)

On a product page, use the arrow buttons to move between products. Note: This feature is only available when you open the product from a collection.

11. 🧾 Image Zoom & Media (Product Pages)

  • Click-to-Zoom: Click the main image to zoom.
  • Extra Media: Browse thumbnails for more photos & videos (if available).
  • Compare Accurately: Add to cart to unlock 10% off, then compare the cart price (not the listed price) to ensure accuracy.

12. 📉 New Lower Price (Permanent) (Product Pages)

When you see a "New Lower Price (Permanent)" label on a product, it means we've reviewed our costs and lowered the everyday listed price for good — not just for a weekend sale or short-lived promotion.

  • No yo-yo pricing: The new price becomes the baseline we use going forward, as long as our costs allow. It isn't a temporary "gotcha" discount.
  • Slashed price + new price: On eligible product pages, you may see the old price shown with a slash and a new, lower price displayed next to it. That side-by-side display is your visual cue that this item is now on a permanent lower price, not a short-term sale.
  • Transparent comparisons: You can compare this lower everyday price with other stores, knowing it isn't a limited-time flash sale that will quietly jump back up.
  • Stackable value: You can still combine this permanent lower price with our 10% automatic discount in the cart (where applicable), Digital Loyalty Cash, and Tariff Shield Cashback if your order qualifies.

Where you'll see it: The "New Lower Price (Permanent)" text or badge appears near the product price on the product page and may also appear on collection cards when applicable. Not every product will carry this label — only items where we've permanently reduced the baseline price.

13. 🤝 Make an Offer (Product Pages)

  1. Select variants (size/color/etc) to activate Make an Offer.
  2. Click Make an Offer (next to Grab it Now).
  3. Enter your offer and submit — responses are typically instant.

14. ❓ Need More Product Info? (Customer Reviews)

  1. On the product page, scroll to Customer Reviews.
  2. Click Ask a Question and submit.
  3. We reply within 1–2 business days, post publicly, and email you a copy.
Want a review credit? We'll reward you with up to $10 off your next purchase for leaving a review. Watch for a Review Request email 26 days after your order delivery (an account is required).

We truly appreciate every review our customers share — short or long. 🙏

That said, the most helpful reviews are the ones that go beyond quick notes like "Good quality," "Arrived on time," "Defective," or "Good price." When you can, please tell us (and other shoppers) a bit more about your experience:

  • How are you using the product?
  • What do you like most (or least) about it?
  • Did anything surprise you — in a good or not-so-good way?
  • Would you recommend it to someone else, and why?

Reviews that don't go into detail are still welcome, but informative reviews make a big difference for other customers trying to decide if a product is right for them. Thank you for taking a moment to share your experience and help others shop with confidence.

16. 🔖 Bookmarks (Sitewide)

Bookmark linked pages that aren't reachable from the header or footer — jump back in two clicks.

17. 🕶️ Avoid Incognito / Private Browsing (Sitewide)

Private browsing can block features such as the newsletter pop-up, personalized offers, and welcome emails with discounts.

  • Use standard mode to ensure that discounts, signups, gift tracking, and email flows work properly.
  • Note for new visitors: We've removed the ❌ "Close" button on the "Free Shipping" teaser; it remains until you subscribe (unless you're in incognito mode).

18. 📱 Mobile Shoppers (Charts/Tables)

Get the best view on a desktop.

  • Wider charts & tables with more columns
  • Easier comparisons and more transparent labels
  • Smoother media/zoom

On mobile today? Rotate to landscape or shop in the Shop app.

Tip: If a table still feels tight, swipe horizontally to reveal hidden columns.

19. 📋 Paste into Forms / Fields / Search Bar (Sitewide)

Because our store is copy-protected, the usual right-click → Paste may not appear. Use one of these safe methods to paste text you've copied into any form, field, or the site search bar:

  1. Keyboard shortcuts — Windows: Ctrl + V • macOS: ⌘ + V
  2. Browser menu — Chrome/Edge/Safari/Firefox: EditPaste (or the ⋮/☰ menu → Paste)
  3. Mobile long-press — Tap into the field, then long-press to reveal the bar and choose Paste
  4. Clear formatting (optional) — If spacing looks odd, paste into a plain-text app first (Notepad / TextEdit), then copy → paste again
Why this exists: Our copy protection reduces content scraping and counterfeit listings. These "paste" methods keep shoppers productive while still protecting our content.
