🔹 Single asterisk (*) – New content added: March 11, 2026 🔹 Double asterisks (**) – Updated: December 28, 2025
Welcome to InspiredGrabs™! If you're new here, this Shopping Guide is your shortcut to getting the most out of your visit. It highlights time-saving tips and explains features that may not be immediately apparent.
Below you'll notice short notes in parentheses after the section titles—for example, Quick View (Collections) means the Quick View feature on collection pages, and Previous/Next Arrows (Product Pages) refers to a feature on product pages. These notes clearly indicate where each tip applies, so with one click on the buttons below, you can jump directly to the specific guidance if you need help.
For easy reference, keep this guide open in a separate browser tab while you browse. We update or add more guidance to it as needed—check the "Updated" date in the banner above.
To switch gears, we can't emphasize this enough: our product selection is actively expanding and will grow into thousands of items over time. And when we say "over time," we don't mean years of waiting — we mean steady, consistent growth that happens faster than you might expect. New products are being added regularly, so before you know it, you'll see a noticeably broader range of choices across every collection, giving you more variety, better options, and more smart picks to discover with each visit.

1. 🌟 A Quick Note for New Shoppers (Sitewide)
Welcome to InspiredGrabs™! If you're visiting for the first time—or still getting familiar with how our store works—you may notice that we offer a lot of helpful information across our pages. From savings and rewards to shipping details to store credit benefits, everything is designed to make your shopping experience transparent and worry-free.
Because of this, it's normal to feel a little overwhelmed at first. Most new shoppers do. But here's the good news:
😊 The more you browse, the easier everything becomes.
By your third to fifth visit, you'll naturally start to recognize how our store works—how savings stack up, how Digital Loyalty Cash and Tariff Shield Cashback apply, and where to find what matters most to you.
You won't need to re-read everything each time you shop. Only pay attention to sections marked with:
Single asterisk (*) – New content added: Month Day, Year
Double asterisks (**) – Updated: Month Day, Year
When no new or updated content exists, only the "Month Day, Year" date is shown.
These markers make it effortless to spot what's new or updated at a glance, so you can skip past what you already know.
⏱️ Spend less time reading. Enjoy more time saving.
As you get familiar with our store's layout and features, every page will feel more intuitive and comfortable. Your shopping experience becomes quicker, smoother, and more rewarding—just the way it should be.
Discover how to maximize your savings and earn valuable rewards as an account holder. Visit our Savings & Rewards and Savings & Rewards 2.0 pages to get started — links are available at the top of every webpage.
If you ever need help along the way, we're always here to guide you. Happy exploring—and welcome to a smarter way to shop.
Some customers prefer using the search bar in the top-right corner of the header (click the magnifying glass icon) to find what they're looking for—products, pages, or blog posts—rather than browsing with product filters. We recommend searching as the most efficient way to find items across the site, but filters are available if you prefer to narrow results step by step. As our product selection grows, there's a high likelihood you'll find precisely what you're after.
We're continually fine-tuning our AI chat tool toward perfection. Today, it provides answers with an accuracy rate that's 99.99% in everyday scenarios.
When in doubt, please verify any AI-Assistant-provided information with our Help Desk FAQs.
Shipping example: If the Assistant says "China-shipped items arrive in 1–3 business days", that's practically impossible under any shipping method. Please always check the Shipping & Delivery FAQ for the correct timelines.
Broken links: If a link shared in chat doesn't open, the linked page is broken, or the page looks wrong, use the Help Desk to find the correct page (or contact us).
If something feels off, please send us a quick note so we can improve the Assistant.
We receive a high volume of messages daily, and we're a small, understaffed team. For instant answers, please review our Help Center FAQs carefully and thoroughly, focusing on the topic that best matches your question. Most common issues are solved there in minutes.
5. 💵 Price Match & Best-Price Support (Customer Support)
When you see an identical item at a lower price from another seller, we want you to feel confident that you're still getting a smart deal with InspiredGrabs™.
Check the details first: Make sure the item is the same product (model, variant, color, size) and that the competitor's item is in stock, new, and ready to ship.
Gather a quick proof: Take a screenshot or copy the link that clearly shows the lower price, including any required conditions (such as quantity or limited-time offers).
Contact Customer Support: Go to our Help Center and choose the option that best fits your situation — for example, pricing questions, order concerns, or pre-purchase support — then share the competitor link or screenshot with your message.
In many cases, we can match the price or provide an alternative savings option (such as a discount or store credit adjustment) when a request meets our Price Match guidelines.
Note: Full terms, exclusions, and qualifying retailers are outlined on our dedicated Price Match Guarantee page, which you can find under Customer Support in the footer. If you're ever unsure, submit your request anyway — our team will review it and let you know what's possible.
6. 🔐 Account Sign-In or Sign-Out / Signup (Sitewide)
Use the AI Assistant in the bottom-right corner to create a store account, sign in (passwordless), or sign out.
Open the AI Assistant (the bottom-right of any page).
At the top of the Assistant, tap Sign In from any content block — For You, Orders, or Profile.
Enter your email address to receive an instant 6-digit code, then verify to create your account and/or sign in.
To sign out, open the Assistant → Profile → Sign out.
This is Shopify's modern, passwordless account flow.
Note: If you're prompted for a password on a different Login page, use the AI Assistant instead—follow steps 1-3 above to sign in without needing a password.
Sidenote: We've noticed that a small number of new visitors created an account but never placed their first order to start saving and earning valuable rewards. Months later, they only realized they had an account because they forgot about it.
Be sure to take advantage of your account soon after registering so you don't leave savings and rewards on the table. We also recommend bookmarking our store once your account is created. Most shoppers have experienced this at some point — creating an account with good intentions, then simply forgetting about it.
Spend $80.00 or more per order and earn 12% cash back as store credit to apply toward your future purchases. The credit is issued 30 days after you receive your order.
Tip: Your listed price is just the starting point—account holders also save with permanent free shipping and other rewards over time.
To unlock this benefit, please create an account and shop while signed in so we can track and apply your rewards correctly.
8. 💲 Why Members (Account Holders) Pay Less Than the Listed Prices (Pricing)
On our collection pages and product pages, the prices you see are our everyday listed prices. They're designed for easy comparison with other stores and do not yet reflect the full value of the savings & rewards that account holders receive over time.
Once you create an account and shop as a member, your real cost is eventually lower than the listed price because you benefit from:
Instant savings in the cart (eligible discounts applied automatically)
Digital Loyalty Cash earned on eligible orders (store credit you can use on future purchases)
Tariff Shield Cashback on eligible duty-paid orders from China (when applicable)
Other rewards over time, such as permanent free shipping or milestone gifts (where eligible)
Think of the listed price as the starting point, not the final member cost.
How Account Holders Save — Step by Step (in the real order it happens)
To keep things 100% clear, here's the exact timeline—starting with the listed price and ending with your earned savings & rewards.
Start with the listed price. The listed price is the baseline for comparisons across stores.
Permanent free shipping for account holders Shipping cost = $0 (account holders) Shipping saved = the shipping fee you would have paid otherwise (often around $8.95).
Tariff Shield Cashback (100% back after delivery, when applicable) If eligible China-shipped items incur import tariffs, we return 100% of those tariffs as store credit after delivery. Tariff Shield Cashback = Tariffs paid × 100%
Digital Loyalty Cash (earned after delivery on eligible orders) Eligible orders (typically $80+) earn store credit after delivery. Digital Loyalty Cash = Checkout price × 12%
Every order moves you closer to Milestone Gifts - shipped free. Milestone progress += Amount paid today You keep earning milestones in addition to your instant savings, free shipping, and post-delivery credits.
Quick summary: You save today (instant discount + free shipping), and you may earn additional value after delivery (Tariff Shield Cashback + Digital Loyalty Cash)—while every purchase builds toward Milestone Gifts.
Simple formula for members (big picture):
Effective member cost ≈ Listed price − Instant discount in cart − Digital Loyalty Cash earned − Tariff Shield Cashback (if any) − Value of shipping costs waived & milestone gifts.
Example (for illustration only): If a product is listed at $100, you: • Pay $90 at checkout after an automatic 10% discount, • Earn $12 in Digital Loyalty Cash for eligible future orders (currently 12% of order value), • Possibly receive additional full value from Tariff Shield Cashback (if applicable), save on shipping costs, and earn milestone gifts over time. In practice, your long-term effective cost ends up well below the original $100 listed price.
Tip: When comparing with other stores, use the cart price plus your expected savings & rewards mentioned above (not just the listed price) to see your actual savings as an account holder.
On product pages, you'll see a small Favorites (heart) icon positioned just above the social media share icons (for example, the buttons to share a product on social media).
Where it appears: The Favorites icon is available only on individual product pages. It is not available on collection pages or on collection cards.
How to use it: Open any product page and click or tap the heart icon to add that item to your Favorites.
Where your Favorites are saved: Items you mark as Favorites are saved to the "For You" content block in the AI Assistant, so you can quickly revisit products you've liked from one central place.
Note: Because the Favorites feature is tied to product pages, you may need to open a product from a collection first before you can favorite it. The collection pages themselves do not display a Favorites icon.
When you see a "New Lower Price (Permanent)" label on a product, it means we've reviewed our costs and lowered the everyday listed price for good — not just for a weekend sale or short-lived promotion.
No yo-yo pricing: The new price becomes the baseline we use going forward, subject to our costs. It isn't a temporary "gotcha" discount.
Slashed price + new price: On eligible product pages, you may see the old price shown with a slash and a new, lower price displayed next to it. That side-by-side display is your visual cue that this item is now on a permanent lower price, not a short-term sale.
Transparent comparisons: You can compare this lower everyday price with other stores, knowing it isn't a limited-time flash sale that will quietly jump back up.
Stackable value: You can still combine this permanent lower price with our 10% automatic discount in the cart (where applicable), Digital Loyalty Cash, and Tariff Shield Cashback if your order qualifies.
Where you'll see it: The "New Lower Price (Permanent)" text or badge appears near the product price on the product page and may also appear on collection cards when applicable. Not every product will carry this label — only items where we've permanently reduced the baseline price.
We reply within 1–2 business days, post publicly, and email you a copy.
Want a review credit? We'll reward you with up to $10 off your next purchase for leaving a review. Watch for a Review Request email 26 days after your order delivery (an account is required).
We truly appreciate every review our customers share — short or long. 🙏
That said, the most helpful reviews are the ones that go beyond quick notes like "Good quality," "Arrived on time," "Defective," or "Good price." When you can, please tell us (and other shoppers) a bit more about your experience:
How are you using the product?
What do you like most (or least) about it?
Did anything surprise you — in a good or not-so-good way?
Would you recommend it to someone else, and why?
Reviews that don't go into detail are still welcome, but informative reviews make a big difference for other customers trying to decide if a product is right for them. Thank you for taking a moment to share your experience and help others shop with confidence.
Private browsing can block features such as the newsletter pop-up, personalized offers, and welcome emails with discounts.
Use standard mode to ensure that discounts, signups, gift tracking, and email flows work properly.
Note for new visitors: We've removed the ❌ "Close" button on the "Free Shipping" teaser; it remains until you subscribe (unless you're in incognito mode).
Important to know: Apparel sizing is not universal. Even when two items share the same label (such as "M" or "XL"), the measurements and overall fit can vary between manufacturers. This is common across the apparel industry and is not unique to InspiredGrabs™.
Why size charts may differ
Different sizing standards (US, EU, Asia)
Manufacturers use different measuring methods
Different cuts (slim fit, regular, relaxed, oversized)
Fabric stretch, lining, insulation, or layering design
Standard manufacturing tolerances in clothing production
Because of this, it's possible to see more than one size chart on a product page with slightly different measurements — and in most cases, both charts are technically correct.
What to do when size charts don't match (recommended)
Measure yourself first (best starting point). Use a soft measuring tape over light clothing. Keep the tape snug but not tight. If possible, ask a friend to help so the tape stays level—especially for chest/bust and shoulder measurements.
Your real body measurements are more reliable than any generic size label.
Start with the Size Guide closest to the size selector. When multiple charts appear, prioritize the Size Guide that appears nearest to the size or variant selector. This guide is typically tied to the specific product and variant you're viewing.
Read the product's fit notes carefully. Look for wording such as "runs small," "slim fit," "oversized," or notes about stretch or lining. These details explain how the garment is intended to fit beyond the raw measurements.
Compare with a similar item you already own. If a chart lists garment measurements, lay a similar item flat at home, measure it, and compare the measurements to the chart. This method often removes guesswork entirely.
If you're between sizes - Size up for jackets, coats, slim-cut styles, or non-stretch fabrics. For relaxed or stretch garments, staying true to size is usually fine.
Body measurements vs. garment measurements: Some charts show body measurements, while others show garment measurements. Garment measurements are typically larger to allow for comfort and movement (called "ease"). This is why comparing to an item you already own can be especially helpful.
Bottom line: When size charts differ, rely on your own measurements first, then use the product's Size Guide, fit notes, and fabric type as tie-breakers. When in doubt, sizing up is usually the safest choice for comfort.
21. 📋 Paste into Forms / Fields / Search Bar (Sitewide)
Because our store is copy-protected, the usual right-click → Paste may not appear. Use one of these safe methods to paste text you've copied into any form, field, or the site search bar:
Keyboard shortcuts — Windows: Ctrl + V • macOS: ⌘ + V
Browser menu — Chrome/Edge/Safari/Firefox: Edit → Paste (or the ⋮/☰ menu → Paste)
Mobile long-press — Tap into the field, then long-press to reveal the bar and choose Paste
Clear formatting (optional) — If spacing looks odd, paste into a plain-text app first (Notepad / TextEdit), then copy → paste again
Why this exists: Our copy protection reduces content scraping and counterfeit listings. These "paste" methods keep shoppers productive while still protecting our content.
*22. 🔌 International Voltage & Plug Compatibility (Electronics)
Electronic devices around the world do not all use the same power standards. Countries differ in voltage, frequency, and plug shape. If you're shopping for electronics, understanding these basics can help you avoid damage, compatibility issues, and unnecessary returns.
Important note for InspiredGrabs™ shoppers: We currently ship to US addresses only. Most electronics sold in our store are configured for US outlets and standard US household voltage (110–120V / 60Hz) unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Quick rule: A plug adapter changes the shape that fits the wall outlet. It does not change the electrical voltage.
⚡ Plug Adapter vs. Voltage Converter
Plug adapter: Lets your device physically fit into a different outlet shape.
Voltage converter/transformer: Changes the electrical voltage so the device receives the correct power.
Important: If your device is not dual-voltage, using only an adapter may still damage it.
🌐 What “Dual Voltage” Means
Many modern electronics, especially chargers and small devices, support a broad input range, such as:
Input: 100–240V ~ 50/60Hz
If you see that on the product label, power brick, or packaging, the device is usually considered dual-voltage or universal-voltage. In that case, you normally need only the correct plug adapter, not a voltage converter.
✅ Quick Compatibility Checklist Before Using an Electronic Device
Check the voltage rating printed on the device, charger, or packaging.
Check the frequency (50Hz or 60Hz), especially for appliances with motors or heating elements.
Check the plug type to see whether it matches your wall outlet.
Look for dual-voltage support such as 100–240V.
Use a voltage converter if required — not just a plug adapter.
When in doubt, do not plug it in until compatibility is confirmed.
Helpful example: A device labeled 110–120V only is intended for U.S.-style household power. In most countries with 220–240V power, a simple travel plug adapter is not enough; a proper voltage converter would also be needed.
🛍️ Shopping Tip for Electronics on InspiredGrabs™
If a product page offers a Plug Type option such as US Plug, EU Plug, UK Plug, or AU Plug, that refers to the plug shape. It does not always guarantee the same voltage compatibility. Always check the product description or specifications for the supported voltage range as well.
For shoppers using US outlets, the safest choice is typically the US Plug option when available.
