⏱️ Cancellation Window
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.
Requests submitted within this timeframe are eligible for review, but they are not guaranteed approval.
Customers are responsible for submitting cancellation requests as soon as possible after placing an order.
⚠️ Processing & Fulfillment Status
Orders may enter processing, packaging, supplier handling, or fulfillment at any time after placement, including within the 12-hour cancellation window.
Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, it is considered in progress, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Important: Approval of any cancellation request is at our discretion based on the order’s current processing and fulfillment status.
⛔ After 12 Hours
After 12 hours have passed, orders are considered final and non-cancellable.
Cancellation requests submitted after the 12-hour window will not be accepted.
🚚 Shipped Orders
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Any eligible issue after shipment must follow our Returns & Refund Policy.
🔍 Verification & Risk Holds
Orders flagged for payment risk, address mismatch, billing inconsistency, or other security concerns may be temporarily held for verification and manual review.
If verification is not completed within 24 hours, we may cancel the order and refund it to the original payment method.
❌ Incorrect or Mismatched Information
Orders with incorrect billing details, mismatched payment information, incomplete shipping addresses, or invalid delivery details may be delayed or canceled for security and fulfillment reasons.
If an order is canceled due to incorrect or mismatched information, the customer must place a new order with accurate details.
💳 Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If a cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method only.
Refund processing times depend on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
