Open your tracking link (or go to ups.com/track and enter your number).
-
If import charges are due, you’ll see a Pay Now button.
-
Pay online (fastest)
-
Click Pay Now and complete checkout with your credit/debit card.
-
Once paid, UPS processes your package for delivery.
-
Missed delivery? Use your InfoNotice
-
Enter your Tracking or InfoNotice® number at ups.com/track.
-
Click Pay Now to clear the charges.
-
Pay at the door (when offered)
-
Some shipments allow payment to the driver at delivery.
-
Typically, a check or money order is accepted (what’s allowed can vary).
-
Got an invoice instead?
-
If charges were billed to a UPS account, pay them in the UPS Billing Center.
Who pays these charges?
-
It depends on the shipper’s terms:
-
DDU / DAP (Delivery Duty Unpaid): You pay duties/taxes/brokerage to UPS.
-
DDP (Delivery Duty Paid): The shipper prepaid; nothing is due from you.
-
If you’re not sure which applies, check your order confirmation or the UPS tracking notes.
If you don’t see “Pay Now”
-
Your shipment may be set for payment at delivery or post-delivery invoicing.
-
Refresh tracking later the same day, as the button can appear after customs updates.
Safety tips
-
Only pay through ups.com. Avoid paying through links from unknown senders.
-
If something looks off, open a new tab, go to ups.com/track, and enter your tracking number manually.
