1. What We Compare

We compare the current InspiredGrabs™ checkout total with the eligible competitor's current total for the same product and reasonably comparable fulfillment. Depending on what applies, the comparison may include:

• The product price after publicly available or automatically applied discounts;
• Required shipping or delivery charges;
• Mandatory service, handling, or marketplace fees;
• Applicable sales tax when it can be compared using the same delivery destination; and
• Disclosed duties or mandatory import-related charges, if applicable to that purchase.

2. How to Compare Final Totals

1. Choose the exact product, variation, quantity, and configuration on both websites.
2. Add each product to the cart.
3. Use the same U.S. delivery destination when estimates depend on the ZIP code.
4. Proceed far enough to display shipping, tax, mandatory fees, and any disclosed duties—without placing the competitor order.
5. Save the public product link and clear evidence showing the item, seller, availability, and comparable total.

Estimates may change during checkout. The amount that can be verified closest to submission or purchase is used for the review.

3. Product Requirements

The competitor's offer must satisfy all applicable requirements:

• The product must be identical in brand or manufacturer, model, version, size, color, quantity, materials, included accessories, condition, and other relevant specifications.
• The item must be new, authentic, in stock, and available for immediate purchase.
• The product and price must be publicly accessible and verifiable.
• The seller must be the eligible retailer itself or an eligible, identifiable marketplace seller with acceptable fulfillment and buyer protection.
• Delivery estimates, product origin, warranty, return terms, and fulfillment conditions must be reasonably comparable.
• The competitor must be able to deliver the item to the same supported U.S. destination used for the InspiredGrabs™ comparison.

4. Eligible Competitors

We review established U.S. retailers and reputable U.S.-facing marketplaces that provide verifiable pricing, identifiable sellers, reliable fulfillment, and meaningful buyer protection.

Examples may include Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Home Depot, Lowe's, Costco, Sam's Club, Dick's Sporting Goods, Academy Sports + Outdoors, and other retailers we determine meet the requirements.

Marketplace offers are reviewed individually. A marketplace name alone does not make every third-party seller or listing eligible.

5. Offers We Do Not Match

• Auctions, bidding listings, used, refurbished, open-box, damaged, returned, liquidation, clearance, closeout, or factory-reject merchandise;
• Counterfeit, unauthorized, unverifiable, misleading, or materially incomplete listings;
• Flash sales, lightning deals, daily deals, doorbusters, pricing errors, or other unusually short or limited promotions;
• Membership-only, employee, student, military, subscription, trade-in, financing, targeted, invitation-only, or personalized prices;
• Coupon codes, loyalty points, gift cards, rebates, cashback from third parties, referral credits, or rewards unavailable to the general public;
• Bundles, multipacks, free gifts, bonus items, or service packages that differ from the InspiredGrabs™ offer;
• Wholesale, bulk, business-to-business, minimum-quantity, or reseller pricing;
• Offers that cannot be purchased and delivered to the same supported U.S. destination;
• Global discount platforms or overseas marketplaces that do not meet our seller-verification, fulfillment, authenticity, or buyer-protection standards; or
• Any offer we cannot independently verify.

You may still submit an ineligible marketplace link as a pricing reference. We may consider it during future pricing reviews, but doing so does not make it eligible for a formal price match.

6. Timing, Limits and Adjustments

• A request may be submitted before purchase or within 14 calendar days after delivery of the InspiredGrabs™ order.
• Post-purchase requests require the InspiredGrabs™ order number and may require delivery information.
• Limit: one approved price match per eligible item per order.
• The competitor's offer must remain available and verifiable when reviewed.
• A price match cannot reduce an order below $0 or create cash value.
• Any adjustment may account for discounts already applied to the same InspiredGrabs™ item or order so the same price difference is not credited twice.
• Cancellations, returns, refunds, chargebacks, fraud concerns, or order adjustments may reduce, reverse, or invalidate an approved benefit.

7. What an Approved Match May Provide

Depending on whether the request is made before or after purchase and what our systems allow, an approved match may be provided as:

• A purchase-specific price or discount;
• A one-time discount code;
• A refund or price adjustment to an eligible completed order; or
• InspiredGrabs™ store credit.

We will identify the approved method when responding. A particular adjustment method is not guaranteed.

8. Evidence We May Request

• The InspiredGrabs™ product URL;
• The competitor product URL;
• The competitor's product, seller, variant, stock status, and delivery information;
• A screenshot or checkout evidence showing the itemized competitor total;
• The ZIP code used for both comparisons;
• The InspiredGrabs™ cart or checkout total; and
• For a post-purchase request, the InspiredGrabs™ order number and delivery date.

Submitting evidence does not guarantee approval. We may request additional information necessary to verify the comparison.

9. Review and Decision

InspiredGrabs™ determines whether products, sellers, fulfillment terms, totals, evidence, timing, and other conditions are sufficiently comparable. We may deny a request that is incomplete, unverifiable, expired, duplicative, abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with this guarantee.

We may modify, pause, limit, or discontinue the Price Match Guarantee when reasonably necessary. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.
