1. What does “New Lower Price (Permanent)” mean?
It’s a genuine price reduction based on improved costs (sourcing, logistics, or volume). It’s not a limited-time sale. We intend to keep this new everyday price unless our costs materially change.
2. How is this different from a sale?
Sales are temporary and often use countdowns or coupons. New Lower Price is our updated everyday price—no timers, no gimmicks.
3. How long will the new lower price last?
Indefinitely. If costs drop again, we may reduce further; if costs rise, we may adjust.
4. Why do some items show a “compare at” price?
For context. Any “compare at” reflects a genuine prior price or a legitimate manufacturer reference—never inflated for effect.
5. Will I still get the automatic 10% off?
Yes. Tap Grab it Now to add to cart—your automatic extra 10% storewide savings applies with no code required.
6. Do I still earn Digital Loyalty Cash?
Yes. On eligible orders of $80+, store credit is issued 30 days after delivery, valid for 365 days, and usable for up to 30% of a future order.
7. Can I stack other discounts or store credit with a New Lower Price?
Standard benefits still apply. Store credit can cover up to 30% of an order per account rules.
8. How can I tell which items have a permanent new lower price?
You’ll see it right on the product page. When an item has a permanent new lower price, the current price appears next to the original price, and the original price is shown with a strikethrough. In other words, the “New Lower-Priced (Permanent)” amount sits beside the crossed-out, higher price so you can compare them at a glance.
9. Is this clearance or last-chance inventory?
No. The New Lower Price reflects stable cost improvements. If an item is truly end-of-run, we label it Last-Chance with different messaging.
10. Will you price match if costs rise later?
We don’t retroactively adjust past orders. Your price is locked at checkout. If costs later increase, the product page will show the updated everyday price.
11. Do shipping, taxes, or tariffs affect the New Lower Price?
The product price is separate from shipping and taxes at checkout. If your order qualifies for Tariff Shield Cashback™ (orders $80+ with $80+ of items shipped from China), you can submit a post-purchase claim for store credit.
12. What if I bought the item before the price dropped?
We publish improvements as soon as we can, but we don’t retro-credit prior purchases.
13. Do bundles qualify for a New Lower Price?
If a bundle’s landed cost improves, we may apply a permanent lower price to the bundle as a whole. Individual components can differ.
