Great question! To be upfront, we can't say for sure since we don't have their products for comparison. While they may look 100% identical, there could be slight differences in features or beprecisely the same. Ultimately, the choice is yours—whether to pay more or less. As long as it meets your needs, getting it at a lower price makes sense!

Prices are subjective, and the user's experience accurately measures a product's value. In other words, don't let "fair or even low prices" deter you from trying the product and forming your opinion on its quality and worth. You may have spent significantly more on identical or similar items from other sellers, even after deep discounts! Be sure to do your due diligence and $ave big with us.

Section 5. Order

You can only apply one discount per cart. In the meantime, if you don't have store credit available or prefer not to use it for your purchase but have a discount code, please proceed with the checkout through the cart in the top right corner instead of the store credit checkout. We cannot cancel orders that are already in transit, as we cannot control the situation. To cancel your order, you must act fast! Contact us immediately with your order number to prevent it from being shipped. Once it is sent, cancellation will not be possible.

We will consider any request to change the shipping address as a potentially fraudulent order, as this is a common tactic fraudsters use, though not always the case. To ensure security, we will cancel the order to be on the safe side, even though the order might be legitimate.

Please contact us immediately with your order number before shipment. We cannot change your order if it has been sent.

Once you place your order, you will receive the order confirmation as your invoice. It is also available in your account under the "Order No." heading.

We occasionally encounter high-risk orders flagged by our fraud analysis system. In such cases, we must cancel and refund orders to protect ourselves and potential victims whose financial and personal data might have been stolen and used fraudulently.

Our e-commerce model is a hybrid fulfillment e-commerce store since we are US-based and stock some products in the US while shipping others from our stocks in China. This approach allows us to offer faster shipping for locally stocked items while benefiting from the cost savings of US warehousing on products stocked in and shipped from China, which certainly involves a longer delivery time. This approach helps render retail prices competitive for US customers willing to wait for a longer delivery time.

The answer is simple—competitive pricing. By purchasing in bulk at lower wholesale rates and warehousing the products in China, we can offer better prices to our customers. Chinese suppliers don't provide discounts for drop shipping since this service costs them a fee that eats into their margin. As a result, drop-shipping individual products would make them less competitive. Additionally, warehousing in China is far more cost-effective than in the US, allowing us to maintain customer affordability or competitiveness without compromising quality.

Yes, there are differences between customs duties, taxes, and import fees—they are not the same thing, though they are often used interchangeably in casual conversation. Here's a breakdown of each:

1. Customs Duties

  • A type of tax imposed on imported goods by the US government.
  • Calculated based on the customs value of the goods, which includes the cost of the item, insurance, and freight (CIF value).
  • The de minimis threshold allows goods valued at $800.00 or less to be imported duty-free.
  • If the value exceeds $800.00, duties may apply depending on the product category and Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classification.

2. Taxes (Sales Tax or VAT)

  • Unlike other countries, the US does not impose a national import tax (VAT).
  • However, some US states require import sales tax depending on the state and the seller's tax obligations.
  • If applicable, the seller or the online marketplace usually collects sales tax at checkout.

3. Import Fees

  • Additional charges may apply during the customs clearance process. These may include:
    • Brokerage Fees – Custombrokers charge these to handle the clearance paperwork.
