Our Store Credit Program is a unique initiative designed to show our appreciation for our loyal customers. For every purchase you make, you can earn credit stored as currency in your customer account. This credit can be used toward future purchases, saving you money and serving as a token of our gratitude for your continued support. The more you shop with us, the more you save, making your shopping experience even more rewarding.

You have the power to earn store credit every time you complete a purchase. The amount of credit earned is based on the total value of your purchase. Occasionally, we may also run special promotions where you can earn additional credits for specific actions, such as referring a friend or purchasing certain items.

You can view your current store credit balance at any time by logging into your account on our website. You'll find a 'Store Credit' button on the right-hand side of the account page. Clicking on this button will take you to a pop-up page with a detailed breakdown of your earned credit and any credit you've spent.

Unless otherwise specified, store credit cannot be combined with other discounts and promotions.

Yes, the store credit you earn expires 12 months (365 days) after it is issued.

We value your trust in us, so store credit is non-transferable and must be used by the account holder who earned it. This policy ensures that each customer benefits directly from their purchases and loyalty, enhancing the security of their credit. If store credit were transferable, a customer could sell it to someone else, leading to misuse or fraud.

If you return an item(s) purchased with store credit, the credit used for that item(s) must be refunded to your store credit account once the return is processed. Suppose your purchase was made using store credit and another payment method. In that case, the refund will first be applied to your store credit, and then the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method. This ensures that the full value of your store credit is preserved.

Most importantly, please avoid using the regular checkout process through the cart located in the right-hand corner of the header. To apply your store credit to your purchase, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in to your account for checkout and click the 'Store Credit' button on the right.
  2. You can use your credit balance to cover a minimum of 10% and a maximum of 30% of the purchase amount, then click "Checkout." 
  3. If the purchase amount exceeds the amount of your credit, you can provide an additional payment method to cover the remaining balance. Once you've applied for store credit, the amount due will be updated to reflect the deduction.

Conversely, if you have no store credit available or prefer not to use it for your purchase but have a discount code, you must proceed through the regular checkout process via the cart located in the right-hand corner of the header.

In this case, you cannot apply your store credit to the order or earn any credit.
