Our Store-Credit Program is a unique initiative designed to show our appreciation for our loyal customers. For every purchase you make, you can earn credits stored as currency in your customer account. You have the power to earn store credits every time you complete a purchase. The amount of credits earned is based on the total value of your purchase. You can view your current store credit balance anytime by logging into your account on our website. You'll find a 'Store Credit' button on the left-hand side of the account page. Clicking on this button will take you to a popup page with a detailed breakdown of your earned credits and any credits you've spent.

Unless otherwise specified, store credits cannot be combined with other discounts and promotions.

Yes, the store credits you earn will expire 12 months (365 days) from the date of issuance.

We value your trust in us, so store credits are non-transferable and must be used by the account holder who earned them. This policy ensures that each customer benefits directly from their purchases and loyalty, enhancing the security of their credits. For example, if store credits were transferable, a customer could potentially sell them to someone else, leading to misuse or fraud.

If you return an item you purchased using store credits, the credits spent on that item will be refunded to your account once the return is processed. If a purchase was made with a combination of store credits and another form of payment, the store credits will be refunded first, followed by the other form of payment. This ensures you receive the full value of your store credits back into your account.

  1. Log in to your account for checkout and click the 'Store Credit' button on the left-hand side.
  2. You can use your credit balance to cover 10% minimum - 30% maximum of the purchase amount, then click "Checkout."
  3. If the purchase amount exceeds the amount of your credits, you can provide an additional payment method to cover the remaining balance. Once you've applied your store credits, the amount due will be updated to reflect the deduction.

In this situation, you will not accumulate store credit and won't be able to use your existing store credits for the order.
