You can view your current store credit balance anytime by logging into your account on our website. You'll find a 'Store Credit' button on the right-hand side of the account page. Clicking on this button will take you to a popup page with a detailed breakdown of your earned credit and any credit you've spent. For the best shopping experience, we recommend logging into your account before browsing our store. This way, you'll see a convenient button in the upper right-hand corner of every page, displaying the store credit available in your account.

Unless otherwise specified, the store credit cannot be combined with other discounts and promotions.

Yes, the store credit you earn expires 12 months (365 days) after it is issued.

We value your trust in us, so store credit is non-transferable and must be used by the account holder who earned it. This policy ensures that each customer benefits directly from their purchases and loyalty, enhancing the security of their credit. If store credit were transferable, a customer could sell them to someone else, leading to misuse or fraud.

If you return an item you purchased using store credit, the credit you spent on that item will be refunded to your account once the return is processed. If you made a purchase using store credit and another form of payment, the store credit will be refunded first, followed by the other form of payment. This ensures you receive the full value of your store credit in your account.

Most importantly, please avoid using the regular checkout accessed through the icons in the header's right-hand corner. To apply your store credit to your purchase, follow the instructions below:

1. Log in to your account for checkout and click the 'Store Credit' button on the right.
2. You can use your credit balance to cover 10% minimum - 30% maximum of the purchase amount, then click "Checkout." 
3. If the purchase amount exceeds the amount of your credit, you can provide an additional payment method to cover the remaining balance. Once you've applied for store credit, the amount due will be updated to reflect the deduction.

In this case, you cannot apply your store credit to the order.
