Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Method:

  • Seller's Shipping Method.

Shipping Cost:

  • There is a flat shipping fee of $8.95 per order, or shipping is free for orders totaling $109.00 or more, regardless of the shipping origin. Our store ships products from either China, the US Warehouse, or both, depending on the items purchased.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • 3-8 days from our US warehouse to the contiguous United States.
  • 4-10 days from our China warehouse to the contiguous United States.
  • Orders destined for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico typically take 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Please take note:

  • Kindly ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delivery issues.
  • Please be aware that we do not ship internationally or to PO Boxes, though we ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Delivery takes 2-3 weeks.
  • Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Upon shipment, you'll receive one or two tracking numbers on the same or separate day, depending on whether your items are from one or both of our US or China warehouses. 
  • To track your package's latest status, refer to the tracking information. However, for accurate updates or potential theft prevention, we recommend visually inspecting your delivery areas on the day of its arrival to prevent theft and verify the delivery status because carriers may delay updating the tracking status post-delivery, as observed by some customers whose packages had arrived and been left in unsecured areas hours before the status is marked as delivered.
  • Delays Caused by Chinese New Year: Estimated delivery times may be affected and delayed by 1-3 weeks. Annual delays of two weeks commonly occur during Chinese New Year for orders dispatched from our China warehouse, not our US warehouse. Otherwise, your orders should arrive within the estimated timeframe provided.
  • Regarding delivery issues, we regret we cannot issue refunds or resends for orders marked delivered but not found at the address provided. We advise ensuring secure delivery areas to prevent theft, as any loss post-delivery is the customer's responsibility.
