    Shipping Cost: 

    • There is a flat shipping fee of $8.95 per order, or shipping is free for orders totaling $109.00 or more, regardless of the shipping origin (China or the United States). 

    Estimated Delivery Times: 

    Most of our products are stored in the contiguous United States for faster delivery, which may still list China as the shipping origin on their product detail pages beneath the "TAGS" section. Here's the attention-grabbing note: we will "only" ship products from China that are "not stored or are out of stock domestically." Now, we have gotten across that critical point to you.

    Please refer to the following estimated delivery times:

    • 4-9 days from and to the contiguous United States. 
    • 7-14 days from China to the contiguous United States. 
    • Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico orders typically take 2-3 weeks.

    Attention! 

    Some shoppers prefer faster delivery for instant gratification or other valid reasons. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please check the product descriptions for estimated delivery times, especially for items shipped from China that may take longer than 14 days. For your convenience, products with extended delivery times clearly state this information in the product description tab, just above the first image (if applicable). In contrast, all other items without a delivery time specification are estimated to arrive within 7-14 days. Thank you for reviewing this before making your purchase!

    Delays Caused by Chinese New Year: 

    • Estimated delivery times may be affected and delayed by 1-3 weeks. For orders dispatched from China, not the United States, annual delays of two weeks commonly occur during the Chinese New Year. Otherwise, your orders should arrive within the estimated timeframe provided. 

      Damages and Issues

      Upon delivery, please inspect your order immediately for defects or damages caused by the carrier or if you received an incorrect item. If the package is damaged, kindly photograph the affected items and provide a detailed description.

      Please note: 

      • Kindly ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delivery issues. 
      • We ship internationally but do not ship to P.O. Boxes
      • Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday). Upon shipment, you'll receive one or two tracking numbers on the same or separate days, depending on the shipping origin(s). 
      • Please remember to refer to the tracking information to see the latest status of your packages. This may be "the latest information," but it is not 100% accurate. Why? Carriers may delay updating the tracking status for hours post-delivery, exposing your packages to potential theft, as some customers have observed whose packages arrived and were left in unsecured areas hours before the status is marked as delivered. However, for precise, genuine updates, we recommend visually inspecting your packages' delivery areas on their arrival day(s) to prevent possible theft and verify whether your packages have already been delivered but whose status is not updated. 
      • Regarding delivery issues, we regret that we cannot issue refunds or resends for orders marked delivered but not found at the address provided. We advise ensuring secure delivery areas to prevent theft; any loss after delivery is the customer's full responsibility.
