1. What is the Tariff Shield Cashback Program™?
We promise to reimburse 100% of eligible import fees on qualifying China-shipped products as store credit (Digital Loyalty Cash™) when you submit a valid claim.
2. What is Digital Loyalty Cash™?
Digital Loyalty Cash™ is our exclusive store credit that rewards you in two ways:
- Automatically when you place an order of $80 or more (12% of the order total).
- By claim, when you upload proof of surprise import fees charged on eligible China-shipped items.

As of May 2, 2025, the U.S. closed the de minimis exemption. This means that all packages from China—regardless of value—are now subject to import tariffs of up to 145% or flat per-parcel charges. While these fees are technically the customer's responsibility, we launched this program to protect you from the cost.
4. Does every order qualify?
Only orders with a total value of $80 or more of China-shipped products qualify (see the example above). You must also submit proof of the charge (such as a screenshot, receipt, or customs notice) within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

You'll receive Digital Loyalty Cash™, our unified store credit. It will be issued directly to your InspiredGrabs™ account and is valid for any future purchase.

Once we approve your claim, credit will be added to your account within 3–5 business days. We'll notify you via email when it's ready to use.

All required proof types will be listed on the claim submission form itself (or you may refer to the above “you’ll need” bullet points). Just follow the instructions provided in the submission form when completing the claim.
8. How many days do I have to submit a claim?
You must submit your claim within 14 calendar days after delivery. We will not accept late claims.
9. How do I know if my items were shipped from China? we'lldon'twe'lldon'twe'lldon'twe'lldon't
Use the tracking number and shipping behavior to check the origin:
- Tracking numbers starting with LP, YT, UW, etc., or using carriers such as Yanwen, 4PX, or Cainiao often indicate a China origin.
- Shipping labels mentioning cities like Shenzhen, Guangzhou, or other Chinese cities also confirm it.
You don't need to identify specific items—we'll handle that part based on order data. Please submit proof of the import fee, your order number, and the email address used during checkout for the order.
10. Can I claim multiple times? There'sis allowed There'sThere'sThere's
You can submit only one claim per eligible order. There's no limit to the total number of claims per customer if you place multiple orders—only one claim per eligible order is allowed.
11. Can I use my credit on anything in the store?
Yes—Digital Loyalty Cash™ can be applied to any product at checkout. You can redeem up to 30% of your order total per purchase using store credit.
12. How long is the credit valid?
Both Tariff Shield Cashback™ and Digital Loyalty Cash™ are valid for 365 days from the date of issuance.
13. What if my order includes both China- and U.S.-shipped products? We'llWe'llWe'llWe'll
Only the portion of your order shipped from China counts toward the $80 minimum. We'll evaluate the breakdown and accept the claim if that portion meets or exceeds $80.
14. What's the difference between Digital Loyalty Cash™ and Tariff Shield Cashback™?
- Digital Loyalty Cash™: 12% store credit on every order of $80 or more (no proof needed).
- Tariff Shield Cashback™: 100% back in credit for verified import fees with proper documentation.
15. Is this program legal?
Yes. InspiredGrabs™ fully complies with U.S. trade laws. This program is a voluntary customer reimbursement policy, not a workaround—it simply refunds you when government-imposed import fees unexpectedly apply.
16. Do other platforms offer this protection?
Not currently. To our knowledge, major platforms like Temu and Shein do not offer reimbursement for U.S. tariffs. InspiredGrabs™ is proud to be among the first to provide this level of protection.
17. Do I need an account to claim Tariff Shield Cashback™?
Yes. To submit a claim and receive Tariff Shield Cashback™, you must have a store account with us, which allows us to verify your order history, ensure eligibility, and issue your store credit directly to your account.
