1. What is the Milestone Gift Program?
Our Milestone Gift Program rewards loyal customers with complimentary premium gifts once their total spending reaches specific thresholds. It's our way of saying thank you for choosing InspiredGrabs™.
2. How much do I need to spend to meet the qualification requirement?
You'll unlock your first gift when your total account spend reaches $300. Only orders placed while logged into your account are eligible.
3. Do I need to track my spend manually?
No. We track your progress automatically. Please ensure you're logged in when shopping.
4. What happens after I reach $300?
You'll receive an email, gain access to a collection of gifts, and choose one to claim. After that, your spend resets and you can start earning your next milestone reward!
5. Can I earn multiple milestone gifts?
Yes! After each gift is claimed, your spend resets and starts counting again. The more you shop, the more rewards you unlock.
6. Are guest orders eligible?
No. Only purchases made under a logged-in customer account count toward milestone progress.
7. What kinds of gifts can I choose from?
We curate premium, trending, and exclusive items as gifts — always valued and always free with shipping on us.
8. What if I add a gift to my cart before I qualify?
Please don't. These gifts are reserved exclusively for qualified customers. Orders that include gift items but are not eligible may be revised or canceled.
9. Can I return or exchange a milestone gift?
Milestone gifts are complimentary and non-returnable. If you experience an issue with your gift, please don't hesitate to reach out — we'll make it right.
10. Where can I check my progress on the milestone?
Please log in to your account and view your total spend. We'll notify you when you're eligible for a gift.
