With the Tariff Shield Cashback Program™, you'll receive 100% back in store credit — called Digital Loyalty Cash — when you submit a valid claim for qualifying orders.
💡 This program is designed to eliminate the risk of unexpected costs so that you can shop confidently. In the rare case you're ever charged a customs fee, we'll cover 100% of it under our Tariff Shield Cashback Program™.
✅ Who's Eligible?
To qualify for this program, all of the following must be true:
- Your order includes $80 or more in products shipped from China.
- You were charged an import duty, customs fee, or tariff.
- You submit a valid claim within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- You provide a receipt or document showing the charge.
- You enter the email address used at checkout and a valid order number.
✔️ Example of an eligible claim:
You placed a $92 order, with $84 worth of products shipped from China. Upon delivery, the carrier charged you a $16 import fee. You submitted a customs receipt and order number within 14 days of receiving the package. ✅ Your claim qualifies.
❌ Example of an ineligible claim:
You placed a $60 order, with $42 of it shipping from China. You were charged $12 in import fees. ❌ This order does not qualify because the value of China-shipped items is under $80.
📩 How to Submit a Claim
Use our simple online form to submit your claim.
You'll need:
- The order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A copy of the customs fee receipt, payment notice, or shipping invoice
📌 Only one claim per order is accepted. Multiple claims from the same customer are permitted, provided each is associated with a unique qualifying order.
Once approved, your Tariff Shield Cashback credit will be added to your store account. You'll be notified via email. Credit is valid for 365 days from the date of issuance and can be used for up to 30% of your future order total.

1. What is the Tariff Shield Cashback Program™?
We reimburse 100% of eligible import fees on qualifying China-shipped products as store credit (Digital Loyalty Cash) when you submit a valid claim.

Digital Loyalty Cash is our store credit that rewards you in two ways:
- Automatically when you place an order of $80 or more (12% of the order total).
- By claim when you upload proof of surprise import fees charged on eligible China-shipped items.

3. Why am I being charged these fees?
Import duties or customs fees can apply to some China-origin shipments. While these fees are technically the customer's responsibility, we created this program to protect you from the cost when they occur.

4. Does every order qualify?
No. Only orders with $80+ in China-shipped products qualify, and you must submit proof of the charge within 14 calendar days of delivery.

5. What kind of credit will I receive?

6. When will I receive my credit?
Once approved, your credit is added within 3–5 business days. We’ll notify you via email when it’s ready.

7. What proof do I need to submit a claim?
You’ll need your order number, the checkout email, and a document showing the import fee (customs receipt, payment notice, or courier invoice). Follow the instructions on the submission form.

8. How many days do I have to submit a claim?
You must submit your claim within 14 calendar days after delivery. Late claims aren’t accepted.

9. How do I know if my items were shipped from China?
Use the tracking behavior to check the origin:
- Tracking numbers starting with LP, YT, UW, etc., or carriers like Yanwen, 4PX, or Cainiao often indicate China origin.
- Shipping labels mentioning Shenzhen, Guangzhou, or other Chinese cities also confirm it.
You don’t need to identify specific items — we’ll confirm eligibility from order data.

10. Can I claim multiple times?
Yes — one claim per eligible order. If you place multiple eligible orders, you can claim for each one.

Yes — you can apply store credit sitewide. You can redeem up to 30% of your order total per purchase using store credit.

Only the portion of your order shipped from China counts toward the $80 minimum. We’ll evaluate the breakdown and approve the claim if that portion meets or exceeds $80.

No — you won’t lose a penny. For qualifying orders, you’re protected end-to-end. If you pay any import duty, customs fee, or tariff on China-shipped items, we reimburse 100% of the amount you actually paid as store credit (Digital Loyalty Cash) after a valid claim is approved.
- Dollar-for-dollar reimbursement: We match the tariff amount you paid.
- Real spending power: Credit goes into your account wallet and can be used sitewide (up to 30% of an order).
- Usable window: Credit remains valid for 365 days from issuance.

19. Could I ever end up losing money to tariffs? What are the possible causes?
Loss is rare and happens only in specific situations:
- No claim filed / filed late: Claims must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery with required proof.
- Credit expired unused: Issued credits expire after 365 days.
- Order doesn’t meet criteria: The portion of your order shipped from China must be $80+.
- Missing or invalid documentation: We need a receipt/notice/invoice showing the fee paid.
- Non-covered costs: Courier upgrades, insurance, storage, brokerage add-ons, or other non-tariff charges aren’t reimbursable.
- Fraud/mismatch: Altered documents or mismatched order info will be declined.
Follow the on-form instructions and you’ll avoid these edge cases.
