How it works

Pay the flat $8.95 shipping at checkout.

Thirty days after confirmed delivery, we will email you to inform you that we have issued an $8.95 store credit to your wallet.
Eligibility

You must be logged in to your InspiredGrabs™ account at checkout to checkout your order as a guest.

Orders placed while logged out (guest checkout) don’t qualify.
Timing

Credit posts to your wallet immediately or within 1–2 business days after our email notification.

Delivery is verified automatically via our carrier tracking system.

Exclusions & notes

Orders that have already shipped free at checkout (e.g., ≥ $108.99) don’t receive an additional credit.

Canceled, undeliverable, returned, or refunded orders are ineligible.

Store credit follows wallet rules: usable for up to 30% of an order; expires 365 days from issuance.

⚠️ Customs Duties & Import Fees (U.S. Orders)
Due to recent trade policy changes, most direct-to-consumer shipments from China are no longer duty-free, even if under $800.

Orders under $800: May still incur tariffs or fixed fees if shipped from China
Orders $800 or more: Will always be subject to customs duties and processing fees
Per-parcel charge now applies:
A flat import fee of $135–$200 or more may be imposed on shipments from China,
or a percentage-based tariff depending on product type—whichever is higherThese fees are assessed per shipment, not per item.
Customers will be contacted by the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to pay any applicable import charges before delivery is completed.

If your order ships from our U.S. warehouse, no import duties or per-shipment fees apply.
Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and taxes. Please consult U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) or your carrier for assistance in understanding potential fees.

🧧 Chinese New Year Shipping Delays
Orders shipped from China may experience a delay of 1–3 weeks due to holiday closures.
Orders from U.S. warehouses are not affected during this time.

We cannot refund or reship orders marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
