However, once you claim a reward, your total qualifying spend resets to $0, and the new earning cycle begins again.
This means the reward program is repeatable: each time you reach $300 or $600 in new purchases, you become eligible for the respective reward again.

1. What is the Milestone Reward Gift Program?
The Milestone Reward Gift Program is an exclusive benefit for eligible account holders that lets you earn free reward gifts as your qualifying purchases add up over time.
As you shop, your qualifying spend accumulates automatically toward reward milestones:
- $300 in qualifying spend unlocks a $300 Milestone Reward Gift.
- $600 in qualifying spend unlocks a $600 higher-value Milestone Reward Gift.
You may choose to claim the $300 Milestone Reward Gift when you become eligible, or continue accumulating qualifying spend toward the $600 higher-value Milestone Reward Gift instead.
After a Milestone Reward Gift is claimed, your qualifying spend total resets to $0, and a new earning cycle begins. This allows you to earn additional Milestone Reward Gifts again in the future.

2. How much do I need to spend to meet the qualification requirement?
Only qualifying purchases count toward your progress. Your qualifying spend is based on the amount paid for eligible products after applicable discounts. It excludes taxes, shipping charges, refunded orders, canceled orders, gift card purchases, and other non-qualifying transactions.
Your progress is tracked automatically, and qualifying purchases from multiple orders can be combined to help you reach the next reward milestone.

3. Do I need to track my spend manually?
No. Your progress is tracked automatically behind the scenes, so there's nothing you need to calculate or keep records of yourself. Continue shopping through your account, and eligible purchases will automatically be applied to your Milestone Reward Gift progress.

4. What happens after I reach $300?
Once you reach the first reward milestone, you have two options:
- Claim an available Milestone Reward Gift, in which case your qualifying spend total will reset, and a new earning cycle will begin; or
- Continue earning toward the higher reward milestone without claiming a gift yet.
This gives you the flexibility to enjoy a reward sooner or keep building toward a larger reward, depending on your preference.

5. Can I earn multiple Milestone Reward Gifts?
Yes. The Milestone Reward Gift Program is designed to be ongoing. Each time you claim a Milestone Reward Gift, your qualifying spend total resets, and a new earning cycle begins, allowing you to work toward future milestone rewards again.
There is no limit to the number of Milestone Reward Gifts you can earn over time, provided you continue to meet the program's eligibility requirements.

6. Are guest orders eligible?
