Above all, we advise always having a detail-oriented friend to help you carefully take measurements to ensure accuracy. With the measurements, you can check our sizing chart on the item's product page or the image gallery to determine the correct size.

1. Determine your face shape: Before measuring, it’s essential to understand your face shape. There are five types of face shapes: oval, round, square, heart, and diamond. Identifying your face shape can help you select a frame that complements your features. For example, if you have a round face, opt for rectangular or square-shaped frames to create a contrast.
2. Measure your pupil distance (PD): PD is the distance between the centers of your pupils, and it’s an essential measurement that ensures good visual acuity. You can measure the PD using a ruler or an online PD meter. Place the ruler against your forehead, align it with the center of one eye, and measure the distance to the center of the other eye. Repeat the process a few times to ensure accuracy.
3. Measure your frame width: Frame width refers to the horizontal distance between the two temples. To measure this, place your current glasses or sunglasses on a flat surface and measure the distance between the two temples using a ruler. Make sure to measure in millimeters for accuracy.
4. Measure bridge width: Bridge width refers to the distance between the two lenses and is essential for ensuring the glasses fit comfortably on your nose. You can measure this by placing a ruler on the top of your nose and measuring the distance between the two lenses.
5. Determine the temple length: Temple length refers to the size of the temple arms that rest on your ears. To measure this, place your current glasses on a flat surface and measure the distance from the temple’s hinge to the tip of the temple arm. Make sure to measure in millimeters for accuracy.
