Shipping Method:
All orders are shipped via the Seller's Shipping Method to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.
Shipping Cost:
- Flat Rate: $8.95 per order regardless of the shipping origin (China or the United States).
- Free Shipping: Orders totaling $109.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Most of our products are stored in U.S. warehouses for faster delivery. However, some of these domestically warehoused products may still list China as the shipping origin beneath the "TAGS" section of the product detail pages to inform you proactively that the domestically out-of-stock scenario exists occasionally, by which we want you to prepare youself mentally and expect a longer delivery time if it runs out of stock. However, we will only ship from China if a product you ordered runs out of stock domestically without notifying you; if that is the case, the delivery will take longer; please keep that heads-up in mind. The item will never ship from China if we have it available in the U.S.. So, you will most likely (not always) receive your order sooner.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Within the Contiguous U.S.: 4-9 business days
- From China to the Contiguous U.S.: 7-14 business days
- Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico: 2-3 weeks

Chinese New Year Shipping Delays

While tracking information is updated regularly, carriers may delay status updates for several hours after delivery. This delay has led to packages being left in unsecured areas before their tracking status was marked as "delivered."
To avoid package theft:

Lost or Missing Packages
We regret that we cannot issue refunds or reshipments for orders marked as delivered but not found at the shipping address. Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location to prevent theft. Any loss after confirmed delivery is the customer's responsibility.
