Delays Caused by Chinese New Year:
- Estimated delivery times may be affected and delayed by 1-3 weeks. For orders dispatched from China, not the United States, annual delays of two weeks commonly occur during the Chinese New Year. Otherwise, your orders should arrive within the estimated timeframe provided.
Damages and Issues
Upon delivery, please inspect your order immediately for defects or damages caused by the carrier or if you received an incorrect item. If the package is damaged, kindly photograph the affected items and provide a detailed description.

- We ship internationally but do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

We happily accept exchanges and returns for defective or wrong-size products. We cover 100% of the initial return shipping cost; all subsequent shipping costs are split 50/50. The items must remain in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and accessories intact (if applicable), and in their original packaging to be eligible for an exchange or refund,
- For exchanges, return the items to obtain your desired items swiftly. Once we accept the returns, please select or purchase the new items separately.

For refunds, after we receive and inspect your returns, we will notify you whether we have approved your refund. If approved, we will issue the adjusted refund to your original payment method within ten business days or to our proposed alternative solution you opted for. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund if refunded to your original account. If your return was approved more than 15 business days ago and the refund has not been posted to your account, please contact us for further assistance.
Return Address Information
The return address for defective or wrong-size products may vary depending on whether the return is for an exchange or a refund. Therefore, we will provide you with a specific address for your return. Please avoid sending returns to an address previously supplied for past returns.
Restocking Fee & 30-day Window for Returns or Exchanges
Please note that a 15% restocking fee for each returned item will be deducted from your refund upon approval of the returned item inspected.
You have 30 days from receiving your item(s) to request an exchange or return. Unfortunately, we can only accept requests within these 30 days.
Exceptions/Non-returnable Items:
You cannot return particular items, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, and plants), custom products (special orders and personalized items), personal care items (all beauty, health, and care products), e-gift cards (all denominations), and all pet products.
