1. What is your Store Credit Program?

Our Store Credit Program is a special way to reward your loyalty and thank you for choosing InspiredGrabs™. With every eligible purchase, you earn credit that is securely stored as digital currency in your customer account. Please note that a customer account is required to receive and use store credit.

To create an account, click button 4 in the Shopping Guide accessible from the header of our website for step-by-step instructions. Your earned credit can be applied toward future purchases, helping you save more over time while enjoying a more rewarding shopping experience.

In short, the more you shop with us, the more value you unlock — turning every purchase into smarter savings and lasting rewards.

The 12% store credit (Digital Loyalty Cash) and the 100% import fee reimbursement (Tariff Shield Cashback) are both issued directly to the customer’s account. Together, these two credit types make up our unified store credit system. In other words, our Store Credit Program combines both Digital Loyalty Cash and Tariff Shield Cashback into a single seamless credit structure.

2. How can I earn store credit?

If you have a customer account with us, you can earn store credit on eligible purchases. The credit amount is currently 12% of the purchase order value, with a required minimum subtotal of $80 (before tax, if applicable, and shipping) to be considered eligible.

Occasionally, we may also run special promotions where you can earn additional credits for specific actions, such as referring a friend or purchasing certain items.

3. How can I view my store credit balance?

You can view your current store credit balance anytime by logging into your account on our website. You'll find a 'Store Credit' button in the bottom left of the account page while logged in. Clicking on this button will activate a pop-up with a detailed breakdown of your earned credit and any credit you've spent.

4. Can store credit be used in conjunction with other discounts?

Unless otherwise specified, store credit cannot be combined with other discounts and promotions.

5. Does the store credit expire?

Yes, the store credit you earn expires 12 months (365 days) from the date it is issued.

6. Can I transfer my store credit to another account?

We value your trust in us, so store credit is non-transferable and must be used by the account holder who earned it. This policy ensures that each customer benefits directly from their purchases and loyalty, enhancing the security of their credit. If store credit were transferable, a customer could sell it to someone else, leading to misuse or fraud.

7. What happens to my store credit if I return an item?

If you return an item purchased with store credit, the credit used for that item must be refunded to your store credit account once the return is processed. Suppose your purchase was made using store credit and another payment method. In that case, the refund will first be applied to your store credit, and then the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method. This ensures that the full value of your store credit is preserved.

8. How do I use my store credit to make a purchase?

Please do not use the standard checkout process through the cart icon in the top-right corner of the header if you intend to apply store credit to your order. To redeem your store credit, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account and click the "Store Credit" button in the bottom-left corner to open a pop-up that displays a detailed breakdown of your available credit and any previously used credit.
  2. Drag the credit slider left or right to the dollar amount you want to use to pay for the order, then click "Checkout" to go to the Checkout page.
  3. If your order subtotal (before tax, if applicable, and shipping) is $80 or more, you may apply store credit to cover up to 30% of your order subtotal by clicking "Checkout."

If your available credit does not fully cover the purchase, please pay the remaining balance using another payment method. The remaining total due will automatically update after the credit is applied.

If you do not have store credit, choose not to use it, or only wish to use a discount code, please proceed with the standard checkout process by clicking the cart icon located in the top-right corner of the header.

9. What happens if the cart total does not meet the specified minimum purchase amount of $80?

In this case, you cannot apply your store credit to the order or earn any credit.

10. Can I use store credit to pay for all products, shipping, and tax?

Yes — your store credit works like a gift card and can be applied to the entire order total, including the product price, shipping, and tax, until the credit balance is used up.

  • If your credit covers everything, no additional payment is needed.
  • If your credit doesn’t cover the full total, you can pay the remaining amount with another payment method.
