Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using the Seller's Shipping Method to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.

Shipping Costs:

• Flat Rate: $8.95 per order, regardless of whether the item ships from China or the United States.

• Free Shipping: Orders totaling $109.00 or more qualify for free shipping.

Order Processing Time Before Shipment

1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

Estimated Delivery Times:

• If Shipped Within the Contiguous U.S.: 4–10 calendar days.

• From China to the Contiguous U.S.: 7–15 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
  

• To Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico: 2–3 weeks.

Note: Products shipped from China may arrive earlier than the estimated maximum delivery time. When a product ships from China and takes longer than 15 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) to arrive, this will be clearly stated in the product description (e.g., Delivery Time: 7–16 business days, 7–21 business days, 7–28 business days, etc.).

For products without a specific delivery timeframe as mentioned above, you can generally expect delivery from China within 7–15 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

Heads Up: We are committed to delivering your orders as efficiently as possible. If the shipping origin of your purchased items is the United States, as specified on their product pages, we strive to dispatch all orders from our domestic warehouse. However, suppose the items are out of stock domestically. In that case, we will automatically fulfill your order from our warehouse in China, thereby minimizing delays and eliminating the need for notification to you. This substitution ensures the continued availability of your selected products.

Please Note:

• As mentioned above, this process of shifting to China as the shipping origin occurs without prior notice to you, thereby avoiding the need for correspondence that causes shipping delays.
• Be aware that delivery times may be longer when shipping from our China warehouse, when in fact you expect a quicker domestic delivery.

Customs Duties & Import Fees for U.S. Orders

Who Is Responsible for Customs Fees?

Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by U.S. customs authorities. These charges vary based on product type and order value.

De Minimis Threshold (U.S. Orders)

• Orders Under $800: No customs duties—your order will arrive without additional charges.

• Orders at or exceeding $800: Customs duties may apply; payment is required before receiving your package. Please check with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) or your local customs office for more details on potential fees for high-value orders.

We encourage customers to review their country's customs policies to avoid any unexpected fees before placing an order. Not to worry, orders under $800 will arrive without additional charges.

Chinese New Year Shipping Delays

Orders shipping from China may experience delays of 1-3 weeks due to closures during the Chinese New Year holiday. On average, shipments are delayed by two weeks during this period. Orders from our U.S. warehouses remain unaffected.

Damages & Order Issues

Inspect Your Order Upon Delivery

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, follow these steps:

1. Take clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.

2. Provide a detailed description of the issue.

3. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

Important Shipping Notes

• Ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delivery issues.

• P.O. Box addresses are not supported.
  

• You may receive one or two tracking numbers, depending on the shipping origin(s).

Tracking & Delivery Precautions

Tracking Accuracy & Potential Delays

While tracking updates are regularly provided, some carriers may delay status updates several hours after delivery. Sometimes, packages have been left in unsecured areas before being marked as "delivered."

To prevent package theft:

• Check your delivery area on the expected arrival date.

• Monitor tracking details, but do not rely on them solely for real-time updates.

Lost or Missing Packages

We regret that we cannot issue refunds or reshipments for orders marked as "delivered" but not found at the shipping address. Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location to prevent theft. Any loss after confirmed delivery is the customer's responsibility.

Estamos dedicados a garantizar su satisfacción con cada compra en Inspired Grabs. Antes del envío, nuestros productos se someten a pruebas exhaustivas para garantizar una calidad de primer nivel. Sin embargo, si nuestros productos no cumplen con sus expectativas, nuestra política de cambio/devolución y reembolso está implementada para arreglar las cosas. Priorizamos brindar soluciones alternativas antes de procesar reembolsos, con el objetivo de lograr un resultado en el que todos ganen. Si rechaza las alternativas propuestas y prefiere un reembolso, aceleraremos el proceso de inmediato al inspeccionar y aprobar su devolución. Su total tranquilidad al comprar con nosotros es nuestra máxima prioridad.

Cambios/devoluciones gratuitos y política de 30 días

Aceptamos con gusto cambios y devoluciones de productos defectuosos, cubriendo el 100% de los gastos de envío de devolución. Sin embargo, tenga en cuenta que se deducirá una tarifa de reposición del 15% de su reembolso por cada artículo cambiado o devuelto. Recuerde que tiene un plazo de 30 días desde que recibe su artículo para solicitar un cambio o devolución. Lamentablemente, no podemos aceptar ninguna solicitud más allá de este período.

Para ser elegible para un cambio o devolución, su artículo debe permanecer en su estado original, sin usar o sin usar, con las etiquetas y accesorios intactos, si corresponde, y en su embalaje original.

Daños y problemas

Problemas de entrega

Supongamos que la información de seguimiento confirma la entrega, pero no puede localizar el paquete en la dirección proporcionada. En ese caso, lamentamos no poder emitir reembolsos ni reenviar los artículos. El robo puede ocurrir en áreas de entrega no seguras, como entradas de edificios públicos, vestíbulos o salas de correo. Si bien entendemos su frustración, tales circunstancias están fuera de nuestro control y no son nuestra responsabilidad. Usted asumirá la totalidad de la pérdida en caso de paquetes robados o perdidos.

Intercambios gratuitos

Para obtener una solución rápida para obtener los artículos deseados, devuélvalos. Una vez que aceptemos la(s) devolución(es), proceda a realizar una compra por separado para el(los) nuevo(s) artículo(s).

Reembolsos

Al recibir e inspeccionar su devolución, le notificaremos sobre la aprobación del reembolso. El reembolso ajustado se emitirá a su método de pago original dentro de los diez días hábiles si se aprueba.
