Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping Method:

All orders are shipped via the Seller's Shipping Method to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.

Shipping Cost:

• Flat Rate: $8.95 per order regardless of the shipping origin (China or the United States).
• Free Shipping: Orders totaling $109.00 or more qualify for free shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Most of our products are stored in U.S. warehouses for faster delivery. However, some of these domestically warehoused products may still list China as the shipping origin beneath the "TAGS" section of the product detail pages to inform you proactively that the domestically out-of-stock scenario exists occasionally, by which we want you to prepare youself mentally and expect a longer delivery time if it runs out of stock. However, we will only ship from China if a product you ordered runs out of stock domestically without notifying you; if that is the case, the delivery will take longer; please keep that heads-up in mind. The item will never ship from China if we have it available in the U.S.. So, you will most likely (not always) receive your order sooner. 

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Within the Contiguous U.S.: 4-9 business days
• From China to the Contiguous U.S.: 7-14 business days
• Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico: 2-3 weeks

For your information, some products may arrive significantly sooner than the maximum estimated delivery time mentioned above. The same applies to the delivery times specified on some of the individual product detail pages, as stated below.

Important Notice:

Most customers prefer faster delivery for various reasons. To ensure a smooth experience, please check the product descriptions for estimated delivery times. If an item ships from China and may take longer than 14 days, this information will be clearly stated in the product description tab (if applicable).

For all other items without an estimated delivery time listed on their product detail pages, expect delivery within 7-14 days from China.

Customs Duties & Import Fees for Products Shipped from China to the United States

Who Is Responsible for Customs Fees?

Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country's customs authorities. These charges vary based on the product type and order value.

De Minimis Threshold (U.S. Orders)

Under the de minimis rule, orders valued at $800.00 or less are exempt from customs duties for U.S. customers. This means most orders will arrive without additional customs charges, ensuring a hassle-free shopping experience.

Orders Over $800.00

If your order exceeds $800.00, customs duties may apply, and you must pay these fees before receiving your package. We recommend checking with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) or your local customs office for details on potential duties for high-value items.

Clear Communication

We encourage customers to familiarize themselves with their country's customs policies before ordering to avoid unexpected fees.

Chinese New Year Shipping Delays

Due to holiday closures, orders shipping from China may experience 1-3 weeks of delays during the Chinese New Year. On average, shipments are delayed by two weeks during this period. Orders from our U.S. warehouses remain unaffected.

Damages & Order Issues

Inspect Your Order Upon Delivery

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival for any damages, defects, or incorrect items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, follow these steps:

1. Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
2. Provide a detailed description of the issue.
3. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

Important Shipping Notes:

• Ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delivery issues.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
• Order processing takes 1-3 business days (Monday- Friday).
• You will receive one or two tracking numbers, depending on the shipping origin(s).

Tracking & Delivery Precautions

Tracking Accuracy & Potential Delays

While tracking information is updated regularly, carriers may delay status updates for several hours after delivery. This delay has led to packages being left in unsecured areas before their tracking status was marked as "delivered."

To avoid package theft:

• Check your delivery area on the expected arrival date.
• Monitor your tracking details, but do not solely rely on them for real-time updates.

Lost or Missing Packages

We regret that we cannot issue refunds or reshipments for orders marked as delivered but not found at the shipping address. Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location to prevent theft. Any loss after confirmed delivery is the customer's responsibility.

换货/退货和退款

交货问题
